Dear Diana, I'm very surprised by the 3 stars out of 5 as you seemed very satisfied in your messages. We made everything we could to make your stay enjoyable (late check out, keep your luggages after check out) and you never mentioned cleaning problems during your stay. I've made a online guide, there is a book guide in the apartment, and I've always answered you questions so you weren't left without explanations. Comments are important for us, so this is really unfortunate to discover this comment when I thought you had a nice stay.
