Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
-Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. We specifically ask for guests not to be outside during these hours so our neighbors won't be disturbed!
-No parties, events, or having more people over than are listed on your reservation. No photo or video shoots! No local bookings.
-Towels, wash cloths, and linens may not be used to remove makeup. Guests will be charged for damaged items.

We came to Nashville for our Anniversary and enjoyed staying at this location. It is very close to walking distance to many good places to eat and just a short drive to downtown.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location - close to downtown and walking distance to a few excellent restaurants. We enjoyed an outdoor movie on the rooftop patio. There are massive construction projects everywhere in the neighborhood (and the noise/traffic that accompanies that). Great communication with the owner. Easy to access. We'd stay again!

This was a much needed vacation. The property was very clean, and communication was great and responsive. The location was good, just a short drive, or uber ride to Broadway! Local distilleries within walking distance! Would definitely book this place again in the future!

Clean and easily accesible. We loved the local coffee sample. Up and coming area with great local eats within walking distance. Took Uber to downtown. Wonderful time. We highly recommend.

Absolutely perfect!

Neal was very helpful and patient with any questions I had before and during our stay. He always responded quickly. The property was exactly as advertised and pictured. It was even better in person. We loved the layout. The balcony was really nice. The house was clean and comfortable. It’s in a great location. Close to downtown, the airport, and most places we wanted to go. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Beautiful and Comfortable

This property was both beautiful and comfortable. There was a pitcher of filtered water in the fridge when we arrived which was. pleasant surprise. No need for bottled water.
