This beautifully situated condo is located on the desirable west end of Panama City Beach. Enjoy true oceanfront living just a short walk from Pier Park, where shopping, dining, and entertainment await. Imagine waking each morning and stepping outside to the stunning white sand beaches and sparkling waters of PCB.

One of the highlights of this condo is the private balcony—perfect for sipping your morning coffee, relaxing in the sunshine, and taking in breathtaking ocean views. After a day on the beach, take a short stroll across the street to Shuck’ems Oyster Bar & Grill or explore the many nearby restaurants and attractions.

Community Amenities
Guests can enjoy access to the on-site pool, hot tub, three BBQ grills, and a volleyball area—all conveniently located on the property.

Condo Features
The unit includes a full kitchen, one bathroom, one king bed, one queen bed, and a futon sofa bed. The main bedroom with a queen bed is located downstairs, while a spacious loft upstairs features a king bed—providing comfortable accommodations for family and friends.
This top-floor location offers the added loft space; however, please note there is no elevator access. The unit is reached by a few easy flights of stairs. A shared laundry room is available on the property (not inside the condo).
This is a non-smoking unit. Dogs and cats are not permitted.

Parking
Free parking is provided for one vehicle per stay. A parking pass will be located inside the condo upon arrival and must remain visible in your vehicle at all times.

Additional Policies
A non-refundable pet fee of $100 per stay applies where permitted. Guests under the age of 25 are required to provide an additional $100 refundable deposit, returned after departure provided no damage or excessive wear has occurred.

The property was located in a great area near Pier Park and had a great view of the beach. The unit could use an update with their furnishings but they were adequate. It is pet friendly and they have a pet area which was good. The hot tub and pool were very clean too. We did have a couple of minor issues but David took care of them immediately. He is a great host and I would recommend this property.

The owners of the property at very nice and we was the first ones to stays in it after several months of the building being closed for remodeling and such. They have the place looking great and are very friendly. 10 stars on the condo and the owners! Will be using them again!

Girls Vacation

I brought my sister and her friend to relax before my sister got married this week. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and even met some good people while hanging out in the hot tub. Would definitely stay here again. Location is perfect, close to Pier Park as well as Walmart.
