Location to the beach was excellent. Walking distance to St Armands shopping area (7-10 min walk) Just an FYI- anyone over 6Ft there is not a lot of head space in shower/ toilet area.Host was very responsive: location and direction very easy. Not many fast food establishments (easy food location very close) -10-15 min away. Good restaurants in the St Armand area.

Cozy best describes this place. Elise was a perfect host and communicated clearly. Truly close to the beach and St Armands. All you need for the beach is provided. Hope to return in the future.

Stayed at the Lido cottage for 6 nights with my dog and everything was wonderful! Location is phenomenal, the beach is a very short walk away and we enjoyed walks to St. Armands Circle in the morning. The cottage was clean, well stocked, and had anything you could possibly need - even a dog bed and toys for my pup! Lisa is very responsive and easy to communicate with. I hope to one day visit again!

If I could give 6 stars on every category I would. We celebrated my wife’s birthday. It was perfect. Pictures don’t do it justice. It’s bigger than it looks and is very well equipped. It was very clean and even smelled good. Location is perfect. Super easy beach access and short walk to St.Armands. Owner is super easy to work with. We will be coming back.

We absolutely loved staying here! I would rate higher if I could. It was very clean with everything we needed. The short walk to the beautiful beach was exactly what we were looking for!!! I look forward to coming back!

Another great time at the Cozy Cabana. Easy walk to St Armands Circle, 100 steps to the beach. Lisa makes us feel welcome, she has thought of everything! I mean everything! We grilled, baked and cooked, had everything we needed. Cheers til next year

Cozy Cabana was awesome! it was "as advertiesed" and did not dissapoint! Location, location, location! Short walk to the beach or town! Host was great! Had everything you need for a beach vacation! We'll be going back!

The "Cabana" is a cozy all inclusive apartment - fully equipped kitchen, dining and living areas and very comfortable bedroom. It was light and airy and provided everything we needed with a stay with a real "at home" feel. But the true highlight was the proximity to the beautiful white sand beach. Just a few steps to the convenient shell path and down a short block, the beach spreads out in both directions. Great shelling and just beautiful walking.

This was our second time staying at this wonderful cabana. The location to the beach and St. Armands Circle can't be beat. The apartment has everything you need and the host, Lisa is so nice and responsive. I'm sure we'll be back for a third time next year!

Wonderful stay. Very clean, cozy apartment just steps from Lido Beach and the shops and restaurants in St. Armand’s circle. Great host. Would love to come back here to stay again.

Wonderful getaway!

We had such a nice visit to this magical cottage that had everything to make your home away from home perfect. It is in a perfect local to walk to town/shopping and super close to the beach! We loved every second of our stay!

A special treehouse at the beach - cozy and well equipped complete with a balcony. Ideal location on Lido Key - access path to the beach, near St. Armand’s Circle, and a Bayrunner free trolley stop to take you to beautiful downtown Sarasota! Lisa and Bill are wonderful hosts!
