Grande maison

Un depart à 10h n est vraiment pas adapté sur un week-end courant mai. Une location à suivre parait peu probable.Aucune négociation possible avec la conciergerie. Il fallait savoir que le ménage etait compris. Mal indiqué dans l annonce.

Bonjour merci pour votre évaluation Effectivement les départs sont à 10h comme notifié dans l'annonce La maison à été relouée le soir même Ayant une très bonne situation géographique, la maison affiche un taux de remplissage élevée . Nous ne pouvions donc pas vous autoriser à partir plus tard pour que la maison soit prête pour les prochains J'ai bien entendu que partout où vous séjourner ce n'est pas 10h D'ailleurs vous me l'avez bien fait comprendre en me laissant attendre devant porte close pendant 15 min pour vous "venger" Le ménage est compris c'est bien écrit dans l'annonce également La conciergerie ne fait que son travail Dommage de tomber sur des voyageurs peu compréhensif sur les horaires de travail un dimanche

La maison est située en plein carrefour !

La maison est spacieuse et agréable (bien que son aménagement intérieur soit d'un style un peu vétuste). Par contre elle est placée dans l'angle d'un carrefour très passant. Une des routes est la voie en sens unique qui part de la plage de la mine d'or (tous les véhicules qui se garent à cette plages doivent obligatoirement emprunter cette voie pour repartir).L'autre route dessert la plage du club nautique, et est donc aussi très fréquentée. De ce fait, nous n'avons pas pu profiter du grand jardin très agréable en soit, mais excessivement bruyant en journée...

Bonjour je viens de prendre connaissance de votre commentaire , effectivement la maison est idéalement située , à quelques mètres de la plus belle plage de Pénestin . Nous sommes navrés que la circulation vous ait dérangé . En espérant que votre séjour a été malgré tout agréable. La maison sera remis au goût du jour au fil des mois. Nous avons mis en gestion via une conciergerie pour vous apporter des services de qualités et palier à d'éventuels manquements
