Beautiful vacation home with swimming pool in Labin.



Welcome to this family-friendly vacation home. The house consists of two apartments with separate entrances and is suitable for families or friends who want to spend their vacation together and still maintain their privacy. Beautifully decorated interiors ensure a pleasant and relaxing vacation. The outdoor pool provides refreshment in the summer months and a barbecue is also available for preparing your favorite dishes.



In just a few minutes by car, you can reach the town market with local produce from local producers, which also includes a fish market and a butcher's shop. During your stay, be sure to visit the historic center of the old town of Labin, which will delight you with its picturesque streets and gastronomic offer, as well as the tourist town of Rabac with beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea and a long promenade along the sea with bars, restaurants and souvenir stores. In summer, you can take one of the boat trips from Rabac to the nearby islands. For the more active, Rabac offers well-developed hiking and cycling trails and there is also a cycling center in the town.

Das Haus ist nicht superkomfortabel, aber sehr zweckmäßig und ausreichend eingerichtet und ausgestattet.Es ha uns an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Anfangs ging das warme Wasser in der Dusche nicht, dies wurde aber sofort behoben, also gar kein Problem. An- und Abreise, Hausübergabe vollkommen problemlos mit sehr netten Gastgebern.Wir waren mit 6 Leuten im Haus und hatten daher sehr viel Platz in den beiden Wohnungen.Pool wird zweimal pro Woche gereinigt, ein großer Holzkohlegrill und drei Kühlschränke reichen sehr gut aus.3 Autos können bequem in der Einfahrt parken.Das Haus liegt in einer Seitenstraße von Labin neben einem Kindergarten, ist eher eine Wohngegend und keine Ferienhaussiedlung, hat uns aber überhaupt nicht gestört.Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren in großen Mengen vorhanden, Tabs für die Spülmaschine, Müllbeutel etc., fanden wir auch sehr gut.
