A Sauratown Mountain Getaway
My listing disappeared for 2 years! Hope you can find it-You will feel like you are in the middle of nowhere with neighbors hidden by the woods. Only 9 miles to a grocery store in both Pilot Mountain and King. You will have the entire upper level including a open loft with plenty of games, books, and toys. Enjoy a beautiful sunset and take plenty of pictures. Extra guests are charged an additional fee.
The space
Your host will be in and out of the basement apartment which has a separate entrance.
With 3 sleep number beds on the main level you will be sure to have a great nights sleep. Visit local wineries in the area. Take a picnic to Pilot Mountain State Park. Check out the many trails and waterfalls at Hanging Rock State Park. Visit Mount Airy where the Andy Griffith show was filmed. There are many day trip attractions whether you want to stay close or make it a day trip. Go to Winston-Salem to hear a live band. Or Linville NC to see the caverns. Or visit a winery. There is plenty to do on this relaxing vacation. Don’t forget the sunsets...or the star gazing without the distraction of street lights!

You will have access to the main floor and loft. The loft is perfect for children. There is a kids couch...books...games...puzzles..and a large dollhouse with accessories that mom and dad can pull out for play.

Why they chose this property
I have the most amazing. Jew of Pilot Mountain right from my front deck. I see deer a lot! And sometimes a young deer will be in the front yard and I will talk to it and it doesn’t run away.
What makes this property unique
There are not many log homes in this area…My home is welcoming…filled with little extras that most homes don’t provide. Because I live in the main area when I don’t have renters, I am always stocked with everything that a home needs…
