Great location in Belltown for a Seattle weekend. Having the on-site, secure parking was a huge bonus, lovely property with pool and gym access. Unit itself was small, a bit dated, but well appointed. Great use of space, maximizing sleeping options. Easy and timely communication with the host, having someone meet you in person was a nice touch.
Host comunicated very well and made it very easy to meet and get into the room. Everything was great and only bummer was the pool was down for maintenance. Could use a bit more area for storage when 4 people are there. Beds were very comfy and we would stay again if coming to seattle.
The space was great for myself and two teenage kids. The location was perfect, with easy access to everything we wanted to see. The view of the Space Needle off the balcony was just an added perk. Thanks!!!
My family of six was extremely comfortable in this small, but well-appointed apartment. We appreciated the stocked shower soaps and coffee. We made use of the indoor pool! We walked to every downtown Seattle attraction possible. It was a fantastic visit!
Easy access and pool was a bonus. A little tight for family of six but we didn’t stay at the appt much. Definitely recommend for 3-4 people.. plenty of hot water and nice pantry of items if cooking as well. Enjoyed it stay here if you can.
Everything was good. The only thing that could have been better was that there was not enough storeage forca family of 4 and 4 large suitcases and carryons for a cruise
The three of us enjoyed our stay over the 4th of July. The checkin process was smooth. Ashley communicated ahead of time what to expect and allowed an earlier checkin. She gave us great restaurant recommendations.Meeting to get the key fob and understanding about the parking garage key fob was easy and helpful. We didn't have any problems getting in and out of the garage or the apartment. We loved how close the apartment was to everything we wanted to see in Seattle. Wish we could have stayed longer. We drove over to Alki beach and did the Lighthouse kayak tour and that was a great way to spend a few hours. Thanks for a fun trip.
My daughter is a new Seattle Seahawk Dancer and needed a safe place to stay 1 week before her apartment was ready. This VRBO was perfect for her including a safe garage to keep her car which was full of all her belongings. I was supposed to join her but ended up not being able to get away from Austin. Ashley was responsive and kind when my daughter needed an extra hour to collect her things to leave on Saturday (she mistakenly thought checkout was Sunday 🙀) Cleaning crew was friendly and nice to accommodate. Check in was different in that she had to meet the owners there to show you the property and review a bunch of rules before gaining entry…but Im sure this is required by the property HOA for safety reasons. Amenities and landscaping were very nice and made for a comfy stay close to stadium.
The accommodations were in a very shady neighborhood with people trying to slip into the door of the lobby as we entered entered the building. The pictures of the accommodations and the actually space were very different - the photos being misleading. The room was small and too crowded for even 4 adults. The overall look of the place was shabby at best. The carpet was filthy and stained, the baseboard and walls scuffed, the dishwasher looked beat up. We did not cook in the kitchen because we did not trust the cleanliness of the place. I was extremely disappointed in the accommodations, especially in light of the amount of money we were charged.

Hi Barbara, thank you for staying at our condo and for your review. I'm sorry that our condo did not live up to your expectation. This listing is a studio unit, so yes it is a smaller option for groups of 4 or larger. However, the listing photos are fairly recent and accurately represent the condo and its furnishings and furniture. We have several other properties even at the same location which have different bedroom sizes, furniture and decorations. For your next trip, please feel free to reach out to us with your questions or concerns so that we can help provide you with options that would meet your needs better. We respectfully disagree with your characterization of our neighborhood which is the safe residential heart of Downtown Seattle with many restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions nearby. Like any major metropolitan city, it helps for visitors to be aware of their surroundings, but we never have safety concerns when walking around our neighborhood in the evening or at night. The building itself is highly secure with 24/7 concierge coverage, private parking garages, access control key fobs and secure elevators. We wish you all the best in your future travels!
This building is not made for rentals. The listing doesn't indicated that you must meet them to obtain the fobs to get in and out of the buidling. So the host requires you to give them a specific time of arrival and if you can't, then you are told you will have to wait until someone arrives to meet you. Additionally, fuses kept flipping when we would do activities such as drying my hair and when I was doing a load of laundry. There is a noise montitor in the the unit they don't tell you until you are checking in and moisture from showers set off a leak monitor in the bathroom that started blaring at 10 pm and we had no idea what it was or what was going on. It's a great location, but this property is not ideal for a rental.

Hi Lindsay, thank you for staying at our condo and for your review. To be clear, our guests are welcome to arrive any time that they wish. We only ask for your approximate arrival time so that we can be sure to be ready to welcome you when you arrive, so that you don't have to wait. I'm sorry that you found that inconvenient but we do this for the benefit of our guests. The alternative would be for our guests to find street parking in downtown Seattle, fiddle with a lockbox somewhere and navigate their way around a new condo building and garage. Most of our guests prefer the in person welcome when they arrive. I'm sorry that you had so much trouble with the "leak alert" device in our condo. To be clear, you had poured a substantial amount of water on the floor and could have caused property damage if the leak alert device had not beeped and notified you about it. I'm glad that we did not have water damage during your stay! We wish you all the best in your future travels.
We were located within walking distance of several places we wanted to visit. It is a cozy apartment, as shown on the listing pictures - good for us. The apartment was furnished and equipped with all that we needed.
A couple friends and I stayed here while attending a Football and Baseball game. The location was excellent, central to a lot of great site seeing places and close to the stadiums. The place was clean and felt secure. The check in/out process was quick and simple and Ashley was very prompt with replying to any inquiries. Would definitely stay again.
On our first trip ever to Seattle, this place was the perfect place for the 3 of us to stay! Easy location to find and perfect walking distance to lots of area attractions.
