Built in 1900 and renovated in 2006, the holiday home is a semi-detached house furnished in the typical local style. The property is located in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property of the panorama and the quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: lawn for sunbathing, sunshade, deck chair, children's playground, swing, garden shower, barbecue facility, terrace, garden furniture, and courtyard.
