Lovely unit in a lovely condo community! Puako is a *quiet* and lovely place. This condo has everything you need for the beach and cooking at home. The other property residents are kind and friendly. Propert managers were helpful, kind, and readily available. A wonderful, relaxing place to stay!!

Very welcoming and responsive hosts. Great location for us, with plenty of space and comfortable beds. The condo was recently remodeled and it looks great! The kitchen absolutely met our needs. No issues during the stay.

Wonderful stay. There was a tsunami warning and the host communicated the evacuation instructions and helped us get to a safe location - I greatly appreciated the genuine sense of concern for our safety. Great communication - clear check in and check out instructions were provided. Would highly recommend!

This condo met all my expectations. It was near several beautiful beaches and a short distance to Queen's Marketplace shopping. The air conditioning was actually set to 65 in the main bedroom, and we were cold on the first night. We didn't notice it until the morning. The "cowboy" room was actually very warm and didn't have AC. Fans were provided but our granddaughter complained about the heat.

Funky Fin

It was a very nice condo and very clean. Arlene was there when we got there and she has been so sweet and helpful. No problems at all. It was very well furnished and is a quiet area but there's a general store next door that has everything from prepared meals to excursions to rental equipment and groceries. There's a gnat issue for the whole area but she helped us control that also. I somehow misunderstood the proximity to the water but it was very close. Thank you Arlene for everything. Mahalo!!

Paradise

*originally booked on the 2nd floor but due to a conflict moved to the 4th floor. We truly felt at home in this 3 bedroom, 2 full bath condo, situated in the amazing hamlet of Puako. Just steps from turtle lined beaches and amazing snorkeling reefs. There is a general store next door with pre-made meals, sandwiches, souvenirs, and beach supplies, but if you need to stock up, grocery stores are just a 10 minute drive. One of the most beautiful beaches, Hapuna Beach is just a 5 minute drive!! The unit itself was comfortable for 5 adults. Impeccably maintained and full of too many details to list. Some highlights: comfortable beds, nicely upgraded bathrooms, full kitchen with everything needed to cook nice meals, a spacious lanai (with a grill), and a nice family room to decompress after a long day. The washer/dryer was new and the best surprise: good quality boogie boards, snorkeling gear, 4 beach chairs, and an umbrella. Boy did that save us on the long beach days! The complex is shared with full time residence, so it is very well maintained and quiet. Parking is just steps away from the condo. Aloha!

Nice Place

This is a nice QUIET property. There is no AC, but the fans are more than adequate to keep the place/rooms cool. I would definitely recommend this place for a peaceful escape. The beach access is right across the street. Mahalo!

Great Condo

Jay and Mrs. were very helpful getting me checked in and had a nice welcome gift for me. The condo overall was quiet and nice. I seldom heard other guests and nighttime was quiet. The store next door was super convenient and had many great meals and snacks. Pool area was nice, too. I would stay here again. Mahalo!

Lovely little area

We came to visit family and picked a place out of the tourist area. We loved this neighborhood and the walks to the beach access areas. My daughter snorkeled while I sat and enjoyed the quiet. The house has plenty of room for 6 adults and it was nice to have the 2 bathrooms for getting ready. The neighbors were all friendly and the evenings were quiet. We would stay here again for sure. Big Island is big and food is not always easy to find like in a city. We went to the market next door a few times (great sandwiches) and drove to the store further down for food to cook at the house.
