Welcome to the "Heart of the Bluff" Cottage, in the very Heart of Shellman Bluff, GA. It is ideally located as the 5th house from the River Bluff in the Heart of the Village. You are sure to enjoy the short walk to Hunter's Cafe, the beautiful River and Shellman Bluff Marina.
The cottage has ample parking and a wheelchair accessible ramp to the front door.
Minutes from Brunswick, St. Simons, and Jekyll Island you are sure to enjoy this quaint fishing village in a beautiful coastal setting.

Comfy Getaway!

Plenty of room in this beautifully decorated home. The beds were super comfy and the shower was luxurious. We walked down to Hunter’s Cafe and enjoyed a delicious fish dinner the first night then cooked up a low country boil with the blue crabs we caught in the spacious kitchen the next. This was a fun girl’s getaway.

Beautifully Decorated and comfortable, convenient

The property is beautifully decorated, clean, convenient and comfortable. We were down for our annual Guys Fishing Trip and only had 2 of us staying there. So we only used 2 bedrooms and used the place as our hangout with all the others guys watching the Braves Games. It’s a very short walk to Hunters Cafe and to the Marina/Boat Launch. Perfect for our trip! Would be plenty space for up to 5 or 6 people very comfortably.

I came to Shellman Bluff almost 2 years ago. My initial visit was a temporary 16 week stay. Well, the sand got in my shoes and worked it's way up to my heart and I never left. I manage 6 properties and I live within 2 miles of each one. I am well traveled but I have never found a place like Shellman Bluff. I am certain that it will capture your heart as well.

Why they chose this property

Location, Location, Location. Situated in the very Heart of the village you are where the action is. Yet peace and serenity are also yours most of the days and many times during the year. The Marina and popoular local restaurant are within walking distance from the house. Though an older home, it has been renovated and has everty modern conveinence in the kitchen and laundry. 2 top of the line beds and lines. King size Sterns and Foster mattress set in Bedroom one and a King size Sleep Number Bed in room # two.. Heart of the Bluff has a small bonus room for additional sleeping. That twin size bed mattress is topped off with deep foam for a luxiouious rest. (WiFI and a 58 inch Smart TV.)

What makes this property unique

The house is equipped with a wheelchair access ramp and handicap shower accessible with a walker. .(a rare find on the bluff) Seating available in the shower. Parking space is often an issue near the Marina-- but not with this house. Ample parking for multiple vehicles and your boats and trailers.
