Listing Misleading

Check in and check out was seamless thanks to the concierge who met us. However, the listing advertised 3bedroom, 2bath. The apartment had ONE toilet, one shower/ sink and one tub/ sink. The tub did not work, the water backed up when any of the sinks or washer drained. The dryer did not work, so we had to find a laundromat to finish laundry. The dishwasher flooded the kitchen floor, which forced us to clean up, revealing a very dirty floor. Location was good, property felt safe, but overall the apartment needs a thorough cleaning and an update.

We’re truly sorry to learn about the maintenance and cleanliness issues you encountered during your stay. This is far from the standard we aim to provide. We took your comments seriously and have already repair the plumbing concerns and ensure all appliances are functioning correctly. Regarding the bathroom layout, I do not understand your point. It is clear that we have 2 bathrooms, one with shower, one with bath and 1 toilet for the apartment. Your experience is not what we want for our guests, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention so we can improve.

Very disappointing. The apartment description is misleading: it says there are two bathrooms, but in reality, there are two showers and only one toilet, which caused a lot of inconvenience. The apartment has no air conditioning, making it unbearable in the summer, and with the windows open, the noise from the bar downstairs—going on until 2 a.m.—makes it impossible to sleep. The mattresses are very worn out and uncomfortable. The worst part was the host’s behavior: he was rude and unprofessional. When a serious issue came up, he not only refused to help but reacted in a hostile way, even threatening us instead of offering any solution. It was a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this place under any circumstances.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und in einer guten Lage, so dass man alles gut erreichen kann. Die Einrichtung ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber okay. Einzig dass es nur eine Toilette gibt, hat uns nicht gut gefallen. Aber sonst alles prima :-)
