Micco bungalow with fishing dock!

Great location, as usual. The private fishing dock makes it fun if you fish and the sunrises can be spectacular. Host is very kind and communication was great!

A nice getaway weekend!!!

A great place to get away. Sits right on A1 and I was worried about noise from traffic but it never crossed my mind when I was out relaxing on that fabulous deck/dock. The dogs had a great time and my son caught a few fish tight off the dock. Would definately go again!

Stay-cay location on the lagoon with options for 1-3 rentals

The location on the Indian River lagoon was perfect for our family of 4, dog and deck boat. Note: it is 1 of 3 rentals on the property which we did not realize when renting. The main house has a great new deck and is clean and comfy inside. The deck was well maintained, and there is a great view. Approximately 20 min boat ride from Sebastian Inlet.

Great stay

Way more to do in the area than you can possibly get to. Just do a little research and you'll see what I mean. Spent 9 nights and did'nt run out of things to do. House was very comfortable, attached deck w/ grill was nice to cook on in the evenings. Big seafood lover so it wasn't hard to find a Fresh seafood market close by. Dock appears to be fairly new as well. Overall fantastic stay, would return if in the area again.

It was like 2 new hotel rooms with beautiful showers, beautiful linens and towels connected by living space and kitchen. It's right on US 1 but you don't hear the traffic or the train which is a huge deal. This made it very easy for guests to find coming in from the airport in the dark. My guests enjoyed the fishing pier over the lagoon to enjoy sunrises with coffee and sunsets. Porpoises went right by the dock. The elevated deck was very nice. If you plan to cook, be aware you have to bring every ingredient you need. Pots and pans, utensils are there but that's it. Fortunately I brought my mixer and mixing bowl. I would definitely rent it again and I highly recommend.

I love the old Florida feel of this property, so quiet and peaceful, the fishing is great too! I want to preserve these areas as they are some of the last Florida has to offer. You will not find a more perfect representation of what Florida means to so many of its natives.
