Tastefully decorated and furnished, it consists of an entryway, a beautiful and bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, 4-burner gas stove, refrigerator and freezer, drip coffee maker, kettle, microwave…), which opens onto the dining area and living room. On this level, there is a shower room with a toilet and a washing machine.

The staircase leading to the upper level of the duplex leads to a bedroom with a 160x200cm double bed and storage, one bedroom with two 80x200cm single beds plus storage, and a separate toilet with a sink.

You can enjoy a 20-square-meter outdoor area with garden furniture facing southwest. Charcoal grill.

Outdoor games, pétanque balls, a bucket and shovel for the beach, a beach racket, and a beach umbrella are available for your use.

Just a 2-minute walk from Impasse du Var, you can enjoy beautiful walks all the way to St-Eustache.
