This was a perfect location for us and we enjoyed the home. Lots of space, clean and everything we needed in the kitchen. The salt water pool was refreshing. The Arizona heat has affected the outdoor cushions, but not in the host control. Checkin was super easy and I would recommend to others.
Had a great trip and I would rent again. I would have loved a shade option in the pool that would have been **chefs kiss**
I would suggest if you are staying for more than 2 days bring your own TP, we were there for 4-5 days and left with 2 rolls.
Owner replies quickly and property was great.
He stayed in this house two weekends in a row. The swimming pool was awesome! The house was great and plenty of room for everybody. The property manager was on top of everything and very easy to communicate with and get a hold of.
The place is nice and clean. Not so nice am area. Close to major transportation arteries.

Everything seemed a bit run down and not recently cleaned. Pool furniture was really dusty, not enough towels, toilet paper or garbage bags for amount of house guests. Plus it was a family gathering and we were reminded that we were being watched and to not have so many people in the house at any one time. There were multiple air freshener machines mounted near the ceilings that would spray us at random times. The master shower leaked badly enough that the dripping sound kept us up at night.
It is very clean and has room for a larger family. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. There is a fabulous deep dish pizza place called Vito’s within a half mile. Beds were comfortable! There is a high school field with bleachers behind the home but you hardly noticed it. The back yard was very relaxing.
We had an excellent time at this property. We had 5 adults and there was plenty of room. We cooked several meals in the kitchen and it had everything that we needed. Francisco was very quick to respond when we couldn't find the Wi-Fi password. We had no issues and very much enjoyed our stay!
This house was perfect for our 2-night stay. The four bedrooms afforded everyone having their own room. House was clean and beds were very comfortable. Outside patio furniture and pool could use updating. Kitchen was stocked with essential spices, etc.

Property description and photos not accurate.
The house neighborhood no issues. The house interior was acceptable. The big issue was the pool area. We didnt use the pool due to poor upkeep (dirt, water color and film on the bottom). Also the lawn furniture was in poor repair. We where in town from Minnesota in May hoping to use the pool and where disappointed.
House was very clean and had everything we needed. Especially loved that there were tvs in every room. Pool was nice but too cold to use yet. Minor problems but owners responded quickly and fixed what issues they could. Would love to stay again.
Enjoyed the place. Quiet neighborhood. Went on a family trip for Spring Training. When finding a location this was the perfect place. Very spacious pictures did not disappoint. Beds were comfortable. Only downside was if you’re going to stay from Monday through Friday, you may need to purchase some TP. Other than that, everything was great. We enjoyed it and hope to come back next year. The host was very prompt about replying to our messages. The pool was nice outside, but of course it was too cold for us to get in.

Sorry you fill in that way but is so clear in my listing then no parties are allowed and you been planning this since you book in. You just get in the house and ask for many bags. I let you know where you can find the extra items, but you was planning a party in my property. Then the extra material we leave we leave on the house it was not enough for you.
We had a great stay! Francisco and his wife were very attentive and extremely friendly. We had a few issues after the first night, but within a hour of us calling, they were at the house fixing everything! There's plenty of room and the 4 bedrooms were nice for our family of 6. The backyard is lovely! There are lots of places to sit and relax in the sun or by the pool. There's also an outside dining table and a fire pit. There's a grill if you like to make your own food, or there are a ton of restaurant options to eat at, get takeout, or have delivered. We did all three and had great experiences and food!
Our family was there for a Supercross race and the house is only about 10-15 minutes from State Farm Stadium. It's also a really quick jump onto I17. Great location. It would have been nice to know prior to booking that there is a high school stadium just across the fence in the backyard, but it did not negatively affect our stay! We had a great time and enjoyed the house very much!!
House is older, could use some TLC, but it was perfect for what we needed. Best feature about this rental is the outside, lounging area, grass areas, the pool pump is loud, every 30-45 seconds the pump did this gargling noise. The backyard backs up to a high school field, during the day could hear gym class, which wasn’t an issue. The house comes with bare minimum, luckily we checked in and then went to store, as it didn’t have much, but again the listing didn’t say it would, just use to past rental houses where they would leave things from previous stays, this had salt and pepper and oil, the basics. The layout was plenty big for our group. 2 areas with couches, full dining set, bar stools. Outside had plenty of tables for eating and gathering. Fire pit in the back yard was an amazing addition. they have a gas and charcoal grill. We had to purchase our own charcoal, again not a problem. Francisco was amazing to deal with, responded within mins of any message. Neighborhood was fine, neighbors were friendly, outside of the neighborhood I def witnessed some interesting characters, but again never felt tbrestbed. close to walmart and fry’s.

I don’t know what you were expecting, maybe a castle, but my house is not a castle, just a beautiful house and I am not the only one saying that but many people who have chose in us for their stay, now if for you a house build in 1980 is old, then yes it is. As for the love of each space, that is giving to it by the person who lives in it. Also, regarding leaving out food that other people leave out. It can not be done for health reasons. On the other hand hand, the noise that the pump was making, was due to the low water level, and I think you had to let me know that detail , bit because of your poor communication, you decided to put up with the gurgling of the pump. Sorry if we did not reach your expectations.
Great VRBO, but could be a bit better with small improvements
The host was very easy to work with and accommodating. The overall neighborhood is a little rougher than preferred for a vacation, but the street itself was inviting and without issue. The home backs to a high school, which for us included a 7am track meet with people watching the back yard pool from the bleachers and constant PA announcements, but this is out of the control of the host.
Some room for improvement would include labeling light/fan switches, offering a home manual with Wi-Fi password (we never could read the very small rubbed off label on the fridge), nice food options nearby, "how to's" (such as which grill to use and how to light it) and so on. This was actually the first VRBO without such a manual/guestbook or welcome gift for us.
There were also very limited resources (we had to buy trash bags as the only ones there were the one in the trash can) without basics such as foil, plastic wrap, laundry detergent and so on. It seemed they removed all that was likely left from prior visits. Oddly, there were a few odd things available such as a crock pot. The garage was not available for use to park in.
Overall, I feel the price we paid was very fair for the location, amenities, length of stay and condition. While it could have been better, it was a pleasant stay while attending a GCU graduation and the host was accommodating.
