Charmante maison Dinardaise, en pierre, des années 50-60, entièrement rénovée cette année, pour 6 personnes, à 600m de la plage du Prieuré et à 850 m de la place du marché.

Agréable jardin clos de 450m2 ensoleillé, avec une terrasse de 30 m2, bbq, salon de jardin.
Vous pouvez garer votre voiture dans la propriété.

3 chambres sur parquet : 1 chambre avec lit double de 160,1 chambre avec un lit double de 140, et une 3ème chambre avec 2 lits simples.
Pièce de vie agréable avec télévision, cuisine aménagée et entièrement équipée avec lave-vaisselle, four, micro-ondes etc.. 2 salles de bain avec douche, 3 wc, lave-linge, sèche-cheveux...
