We absolutely loved our stay in Ormond Beach. The property was beautiful, well appointed with a ton of amenities and little details that made us feel welcome. The rooms and beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Our kids especially loved all the beach toys and games in the condo. The location is fantastic and the neighborhood is quiet and everyone was very friendly. We would definitely recommend this location if you are visiting the area!

We are a family of 4, with 2 teenage boys. Loved this place for so many reasons! We were looking for a place to relax and decompress after a few days at Disney and this property was perfect! Location was quiet and not busy which is what we were looking for. Full kitchen so we were able to cook most of our meals but also appreciated the nearby pizza place and seafood. Sunrise over the water was priceless… also dolphin sitings made it even more exciting! Spent so much time on the balcony and just appreciated the sounds of the ocean. Looking forward to booking this property again! Andy and Cheryl were very prompt with their communication which made the trip even more stress free!

Ormond Beach is a jackpot location. The condo building is right on a no drive beach….the waves roll in and out all day and all night. It’s glorious.This condo was comfy and well equipped. We cooked in a lot, and appreciated the well stocked kitchen….not only new cookware, but also the array of carefully stored spices and cooking oils and utensils.The host was very warm, accommodating , and responsive.

The place has the best views of the ocean! We loved the beach area, pool area, and the condo itself. It was perfect for our family of 5, and this is our second time staying there in the last two years. We would highly recommend this condo for any length of vacation!

This is our third time staying here and it was just as amazing as before! The condo is incredibly clean and well stocked with anything you might need during your stay. The view of the beach is fabulous - you can’t beat being right on the water for both convenience and relaxation. Cheryl is always incredibly responsive and we couldn’t recommend her home enough.

The hosts, Cheryl and Andy are amazing, kind and accommodating. Their condo was immaculate and the view of the ocean was breathtaking. Sitting on the balcony, day or night was our favorite thing to do. Being so close to the ocean we heard the waves crashing onto the shore sunrise to sunset. Our family vacation was perfect! We had our own room and bathroom and our 21 year old son had his own room and bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed. The automatic ice and cold water dispenser on the outside of the fridge was so convenient. The hosts supplied us with beach chairs, beach umbrellas and towels along with boogie boards so we could enjoy the ocean. We did use the washer and dryer midweek so we didn’t have to travel with a bunch of clothes flying from Chicago. We had an amazing time.
