Studio à la mer Avec Piscine

We rent our 20 m2 studio with a 6m2 terrace in a beautiful residence with swimming pool, which overlooks the port. The studio is air-conditioned. There is a 2-seater BZ sofa and 1 retractable bunk bed. We rent for 3 beds. There is a secure parking space. 250 m from the beach, 10 min walk from Grau du Roi on the pedestrian and bicycle paths. We are not far from babyland and the seaquarium.

Lebendige Umgebung

Wer Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sucht, ist hier falsch. Für uns war es perfekt. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar, Geschäfte auch am Wochenende offen, haben wir aber selten gebraucht. Lokal des Vertrauens war schnell gefunden. Wein und Speisen aus der Region, wunderbar. 21 qm ? Zu zweit super, es ist größer als jedes Zelt oder Wohnmobil. Der Balkon bestens zum Frühstück, abends bei sonnigem Wetter erst nach 20 Uhr, weil die Sonne drauf hält und heizt.. Nachts erstaunlich ruhig, aber vor sechs Uhr geht es los. Mit dem Leben - die Möven mit ihrem Krach, aber auch immer irgendein Handwerker oder Lieferant. Egal, wir hatten keine Termine und sind einfach aufgestanden, wenn es eben ok war. Beim Checkin war niemand da, wurde alles remote kommuniziert. Hat aber einwandfrei geklappt. Hatte vorsichtshalber zwei Tage vorher die Hotline von Fewo-direkt angerufen, weil noch keine Nachricht vom Vermieter da war. Das war letztes Jahr auch so, scheint hier normal zu sein. Aber alles bestens, am Ende. Bei der Abreise sind die Vermieter gekommen, pünktlich wie vorher angekündigt. Sehr nette Menschen. Etwas Französich sollte man sprechen können, dann hat man hier wirklich einen schönen Aufenthalt.
