This large house is close to many remarkable sites suitable for families (10 minutes from Rocamadour and Martel, 5 minutes from the caves of Lacave).
Former convent of the eighteenth century, renovated last year, it is located in the Quercy, in the heart of the village of Saint Sozy and offers a renovated tennis court and a 14m swimming pool.
This typical village crossed by the Dordogne offers local shops (supermarkets and restaurants). It is an ideal starting point for hikes in the Causse.

It is a former convent of the eighteenth century which has been renovated very recently, preserving the charm of the place. The property is 260m2 and has 5 bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms and 2 shower rooms. It offers a breathtaking view of the Causse from the terrace.
It is located in a shaded park of 5000m2 with a swimming pool and a renovated tennis court.
A barbecue and a Ping Pong table are also available.

La propriété est superbe, son parc sans-vis-à vis et très calme, beau terrain de tennis en bon état et très grande piscine ! Nous avons adoré séjourné en famille et entre amis, séjour très reposant avec son village à pied et ses jolies villes aux alentours.
