Family fun

Beautiful house good location. Great views of pond. Wonderful back yard to hangout. I was there to see my son, who lives in Maine. My 12 yr old grandson loved catching bass! We fried the fish and ate them up. We also cooked lobsters that we purchased from Youngs lobster pound. It was a great place to stay. Good times. Just a reminder to future guests, careful around the wood stove. I tripped and felland broke my foot on the surround or whatever it was called. Thanks T. Scarbrough

Year round residents of Belfast Maine. Martha and I are travelers ourselves having made several trips to Europe.

Why they chose this property

Recently renovated the interior of the farm house but our real love is the 35 acre pond that the farm has frontage on. Beavers , turtles and migrating ducks are a common site canoeing & kayaking . We allow the field to go wild in the summer to promote pollinators/bees & birds.

What makes this property unique

canoeing & kayaking , bird watching
we're right in the center of mid coast Maine and only 1 hour from Acadia National Park.
