Une situation d'exeption

La vue de l'appartement depuis la grande terasse sur les îles boromées est simplement magique, l'appartement est beau , bien amenagé, à l'ombre l'apres midi, deux chaises longues serait un plus bienvenue, merci Andréa pour l'accueil, nous reviendrons sans doute et ferons de la publicité pour cet endroit, PS: pas de wifi sur place

Une vue à couper le souffle !

Appartement très propre avec une vue de rêve. L'équipement est minimal ( pas de four et le canapé convertible est très inconfortable, le four à micro-ondes doit être déplacé pour pouvoir être branché. Convient mieux pour 2 personnes (super lit dans la chambre) que pour 4. A recommander pour un court séjour si voulez en avoir plein les yeux.

Gerne wieder!!!

Grandioser Seeblick vom großen Balkon!!! Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen perfekt. Weitere Personen dürfen, was das Bett angeht, nicht allzu wählerisch sein. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter per Email, die Wohnungsübernahme usw. waren sehr angenehm. Insgesamt sind wir begeistert und gut erholt wieder vom Urlaub zurückgekehrt.

Tolle Aussicht

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit toller Lage und super Ausblick. Es ist schön ruhig. Man benötigt auf jedenfall ein Auto. Der Kontakt vor Ort war unkompliziert und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir waren eine Familie mit 4 Personen und der Platz ist völlig ausreichend. Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das ganze Grundstück ist eingezäunt.

What a joy to stay here

The whole experience was very good. The welcome at our arrival was friendly and efficient, the apartment was clean and very well kept, it was adequately furnished, and the view was exceptional. There was even some generosity with the heating, which was highly appreciated. You need a car if you stay at this property.

het uitzicht is geweldig maar het interieur is zeer gedateerd. Geen makkelijke stoelen aanwezig om op het balkon van het uitzicht te kunnen genieten. Erg jammer. Koelkast defect en totale appartement niet schoon!

Ausblick entschädigt für vieles aber nicht für all

Sauberkeit bei Übernahme ließ zu wünschen . Unter dem Bett fanden wir noch Kleideranhänger vom "Vorgänger"? .In den Porzellan schalen an den Betten Papierschnipsel . Keine herkömmliche Kaffeemaschine nur die Espressokocher. Vielleicht sollte man sich überlegen deutschsprachige Fernsehprogramme zu installieren wenn vorwiegend Gäste aus dem deutschsprachigen Raum kommen. Ausstattung mit Geschirr bei Belegung mit 4 Personen etwas dürftig. Wegen Gasherd kein Backofen vorhanden.

Alles soweit ok, jedoch Heizung war abgeschaltet und die Wohnung abends sehr sehr kalt. Keine Deutsche Fernsehprogramme verfügbar, da Fernsehprogramme kodiert waren, bei Nachfrage wurde eine Umstellung abgelehnt. Dies ist kein Standard, denn jeder hat ein Recht auf Nachrichten. Dies betrachte ich vom Vermieter als Deutschfeindlich !!!!!!

Logement conforme à la description mais endroit bruyant

Logement surplombant le lac avec jolie vue gâchée par le bruit de la voie ferrée, la route et les bateaux navettes. Dommage aussi que sur place l'interlocuteur en charge de la remise des clés ne parle que l'italien.

Nous avons été déçus par l'accueil, pour la remise des clés(attente de plus d'une demi heure). Très bruyant pas par le train mais par un voisin italien qui hurlait en fin de soirée voire la nuit. Isolation insuffisante ménage moyen, Heureusement qu'il y avait la vue

Ces remarques ont été transmises au propriétaire afin que cela ne se reproduise plus. En ce qui concerne le bruit, malheureusement, il y a parfois des facteurs externes dont lesquels notre société ne peut pas influencer. Nous espérons vous voir très bientôt.
