Beautiful lakefront home on Shellcamp Lake in Gilmanton. 4 bedroom amd 2 bathroom house on a flat yard with its own private zero-entry beach and dock.
Quiet neighborhood with 2 additional public beaches and boat ramp with in walking distance.
An amazing lake for fishing, kayaking, and canoeing.
You are able to dock your own boat at the property.
Sleeps 10 people.
Recently renovated.
Central air conditioning. Washer and dryer. WI-FI.
Gas grill on the large deck overlooking the lake.
Plenty of yard for games and enjoying the fire pit. 20 minutes to Gunstock Mountain. 10 minutes to New Hampshire Motor Speedway. Plenty of parking for cars and trailer.

The home was beautiful, very clean, all the amenities we needed, great view! The host was very responsive. We loved hanging out on the deck, very peaceful during the week. The only thing we would have liked better was the f the lake didn’t have so many weeds, couldn’t really swim. But other than that we had a great time!

This house and spot on the lake was just perfect! We loved everything about it.

This was a great spot for a family with young kids. Easy to let the kids wade out in the water without feeling unsafe. Like others have said, this property looks better in real life than the in the pictures. There is a bunk room, queen, and bathroom upstairs. There was another queen, the room with the two beds, and the tub bathroom downstairs. I loved that there wasn’t much of anything that my kids (2 and 4) could get into and break in the house. We loved taking the canoe out and getting ice cream in the evening near by. This is not a vacation town. There really is not much of anything to do within at least twenty minutes of this property. Ice cream. And that’s about it for kids. So keep that mind. You will be entertaining the kids. Thankful for the two TVs on the property. The nearest real grocery store is twenty minutes away. We did fish quite a bit. Caught a lot of sun fish and yellow perch. Snag city so plan your lures accordingly. We did not. All in all, we had a great time. The weather was perfect. The house was clean. The water was great for the kids.
