Small Modern & clean, ideal for a couple.

Clean and well equipped apartment in a great location near bars, restaurants and shops, as well as a great view across the marina. Lots to do and close to train station (15min walk) to Nice/Cannes/Monaco. One drawback was only being issued one key as this is needed to access the lift and main building doors so we all had to go out at the same time. This also caused an issue when checking out as we had to wait for the rep who was 30 mins late which made us need to order a taxi and rush for our flight. Just made it in time. Apart from that, a great stay.

Jolie vue mais habitabilité et équipements limités

L'appartement dispose d'une jolie vue dans une belle résidence calme disposant de nombreux restaurants et commerces avec accès direct à la marina et la plage. La chambre est très exigüe, le lave linge défectueux a été remplacé par un modèle neuf mais très basique, sans séchage. Obligés d'étendre son linge sur la terrasse. Pas de machine à café, heureusement la conciergerie dont le travail a été remarquable, a pu nous en fournir une en dépannage. Le ménage a l'arrivée était basique mais vite rectifié grâce encore une fois à la conciergerie très efficace. Contrairement aux autres appartement, pas de place de parking, le stationnement libre est difficile et contraignant. Un grand merci à Stéphanie de la conciergerie pour son excellent travail.
