We offer this charming flat for rent in Fréhel, 400 metres from the beach. With a surface area of 48 m², this flat for 4 travellers is completely new and is rated three stars. Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (with lift), with Wifi internet via 4G key, it consists of a lovely 24 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a nice bedroom, a shower room. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

Please note that construction work is underway opposite the residence. This may cause some noise or visual disturbance at certain times. However, the work is suspended at weekends and on public holidays, as well as during August.

The accommodation comprises
- A 24 m² living room with TV and double sofa bed
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower and WC

Outside area :
- A balcony to enjoy the fine weather

The flat is ideally located in Fréhel, in a very pleasant environment close to the magnificent Penthièvre coast and the GR34, which will delight walkers. The beach, water sports, 18-hole golf course and bike hire are just some of the activities on offer. Nearby, you'll find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's garage.

Family holiday

The apartment was exactly what we were looking for and the location was perfect for us. With two young children it was within easy walking distance of the beach (which is beautiful soft sand and shallow water). There is a bakery approx 50m down the road and several cafes/restaurants along the main street. Our contact was very quick to solve any issues or queries we had.

Les pins 101 🙂 If you are looking for authentic relaxation and rest in Brittany, this is the perfect place. Comfortable, bright apartment in a new building. Spacious and well-equipped, reliable WiFi. Large bedroom with a very comfortable bed, cleanliness at the highest level. Very nice welcome by the host. Apartment Located 4 minutes walk from the wonderful Grève du Minieu beach. There are several bars and restaurants nearby with good food. great location to visit Cap Frehel, I recommend renting bikes. A great place for a longer stay.
