A holiday home between Levanto and Cinque Terre.

The house is located in a beautifully situated village Chiesanuova between two seaside resorts -Levanto (3 km) and Monterosso al Mare (6 km) and has a large south-facing terrace with an unobstructed view of the charming landscape and a small garden. The living area extends over 2 floors with enough space for 5 people. The house is approx. 50 meters from the free public car park. The two-storey house built into the slope has 2 entrances. In the upper area there is the kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee machine and satellite TV with access to the terrace, as well as a bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. , The lower area consists of a large fireplace room. An ideal starting point for excursions to the nearby Cinque Terre such as the Gulf of la Spezia or Tuscany.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le logement est agréable et spacieux dans un petit village. Belle vue depuis la terrasse. Tout est bien équipé. Bonne situation à proximité de la ville de Levanto, une station balnéaire sympathique et des 5 Terres. Conseils appréciables du propriétaire.

Für alle die etwas weiter von dem Gedrängel verbleiben wollen.

In dem Bergortschaft hat das Haus mit schöner Aussicht die typisch Toscanische Dorfsatmosphäre; Es ist ruhig, die Einwohner besprechen draußen den Tag wenn man nach dem Ausflug und grüßen dich freundlich; mit manchmal Unruhe von einem Hund oder Rasenmäher. In der Stadt gehen ist etwas Aufwand, geht tatsächlich auch bis spät Nachmittags per ÖPNV. Die empfohlene Restaurants sind top! Das Haus selbst ist gut ausgestattet, etwas rustikal und insgesamt in Ordnung. Nur auf sonnigen Tagen dauert es Abends bis die Temperatur genug runter geht zum Schlafengehen. Dafür trinkt man dann noch einen guten Kaffee und schaut Deutsches Satellitenfernsehen. Passt alles zum Urlaub in einem empfehlenswerten Italienklassiker Cinque Terre

Ruhig und entspannt. Schöne Wanderungen. Leider keine Bar und keine Einkausmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Dass Bettwäsche und Duschtücher mitgebracht werden müssen empfanden wir mühsam.

Schönes, ruhiges Ferienhaus mit schönem Balkon

Die Ferienwohnung liegt wunderbar oberhalb von Levanto, das in ca. 7 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar ist. Von dort sehr gute Zuganbindung in alle Richtungen. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Das Haus ist sehr gut instand gehalten, das Bad ist top hergerichtet. Obwohl es im März kühl war, war es dank der Gasheizung gemütlich warm. Im unteren Wohnzimmer (mit 2. Schlafgelegenheit) konnten wir den Kamin anzünden, es war genug Holz vorhanden. Der Kontakt mit Herrn Scibura war sehr gut und unkompliziert. Er hat uns noch gute Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und war jederzeit schnell ansprechbar. Wir haben die Zeit in diesem Haus sehr genossen.

Nette Unterkunft

Unterkunft an sich war super. Sehr tolle Aussicht vom Balkon und sehr ruhig gelegen. Ein Auto wäre allerdings von Vorteil, da Busse nicht sehr oft fahren und der Wanderweg nach Levanto durchaus anstrengend werden kann. Trotzdem ist Levanto auch ohne Auto ganz gut mit dem Bus zu erreichen, allerdings fährt der letzte Bus zurück schon um halb 6, das schränkt etwas ein, wenn man nicht zurück laufen möchte/kann. Die Ausstattung im Haus ist gut. Alles nötige an Haushaltsgeräten ist vorhanden und funktioniert. Alles andere an Grundbedarf muss allerdings selbst mitgebracht werden. Sprich Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Toilettenpapier. Auch wenns im Haus einiges an Handtüchern und Bettwäsche gibt, sollten wir diese selbst mitbringen. Abschließend lässt sich sagen, es ist eine sehr schöne Unterkunft und der Kontakt mit dem Anbieter lief super. Die von mir angesprochenen Kritikpunkte lassen sich mit etwas Vorbereitung und Planung gut vermeiden.

Perfection !

Reposant très bien, reposant, la vue est magnifique. Vraiment très agréable, très au calme. C'est la deuxième fois que nous y venons en moins d'un an. Si tu es tout au début des Cinq Terres c'est le point de chute idéal pour aller visiter cette région.

Ein schönes Haus, tolle Lage, einfach KLASSE!

Für eine Woche konnten wir als Familie mit 5 Personen in diesem schönem Haus leben. Wir sind dafür sehr dankbar! Es ist sehr schön, sehr gut ausgestattet, hat viel Platz, eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Wir sind der Meinung, es ist das beste Haus im kleinen Dorf. Parkpatz ist in der Nähe, es gab keine Probleme. Die Gegend ist wunderschön, zum Strand sind wir immer morgens oder abends hingefahren, da war es am schönsten und keine Probleme mit dem Parken. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und es empfehlen.

Ostern 2022

Der Urlaub in Chiesanouva/Levanto hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Selten hatten wir einen so freundlichen Kontakt zum Vermieter. Top! Das Haus ist sehr sauber und mit allem, was für die tägliche Versorgung nötig ist, ausgestattet. In der traumhaften Umgebung findet man zahlreiche Wandermöglichkeiten, von Levanto aus auch die Möglichkeit, Genua oder die Cinque Terre (und vieles mehr) zu besuchen. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und uns richtig erholt.

Urlaub in Chiesanuova

Wir haben zu dritt, 2 Wochen in Chiesanuova verbracht. Es war wunderbar. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Betten bequem. Die Terassen fantastisch. Toller Ausgangspunkt nicht nur für Cinque Terre. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Guter Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung von Cinque terre

Das Häuschen liegt 4,5km oberhalb von Levanto in ruhiger Lage. Nur das Bellen der Hunde in den umliegenden Häusern nervt nachts. Sonst ist alles da was man braucht (bis auf einen Toaster, falls notwendig). WLAN gibt es nicht, aber der Empfang ist gut. Die Küche ist auch gut ausgestattet, aber essen kann man in levanto auch sehr gut. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Ein Hinweis noch, Mücken gibt es natürlich auch. Ein Spray zur Abwehr und für die Stiche sollte im Gepäck sein. ;-)
