The owner does not accept any youth groups. The house consists of 2 apartments, rented as one unit.

Haben für 2 Wochen das Haus gebucht und waren sehr begeistert. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir werden das Haus immer wieder empfehlen.

Ganz ruhige Lage, gut zu erreichen, 10 bis 20 Minuten nach Labin oder Rabac. Gute Infrastruktur in der näheren Umgebung, Märkte, Lokale, Tankstellen, Apotheken. Barrierefreies Erdgeschoss, grosse Räume, schöner Pool und gepflegte Außenanlagen. Ein Objekt zum Chillen und Relaxen. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Eigentümer.

Top villa met aandachtspunt..

Samenvatting: Super mooi zwembad! Mooie locatie in het land. Ruime tuin. Aardige bewoners die veel goede tips gaven over wat te doen en wat niet te doen. De bewoners wonen in een bijhuisje wat tegen de villa aan staat. (Dat bleek niet uit de verkoop tekst) De binnenkant is gedateerd en sommige badkamers kunnen wel een renovatie gebruiken. Tenslotte is de locatie finaal onvindbaar, het telefoonnummer bleek niet te werken, en alle huisnummers staan door elkaar in die straat. Conclusie: top!.
