We’re glad to hear that our home was spacious enough to accommodate your whole family and that you enjoyed your stay with us! We apologize that the function of the grill was limited to only one burner. We’ll make sure this is addressed for future stays. Thank you for your feedback about the mattresses. We will keep this in mind when considering adjustments to the home to ensure our guests can sleep comfortably. We share your excitement for the construction of the paths to the dock to be completed soon! For now, it is an easy walk down the staircase to the new cement path that leads to the dock. We would gladly host you again soon!

Hi Laura, we're glad to hear that you loved the house and that it was great for your bachelorette trip! I'm sorry to hear that the dock wasn't clean for you guys. Hi Megan, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear that certain aspects of your stay did not meet expectations. We always aim to provide a smooth and comfortable experience, and it's unfortunate that we weren't made aware of these concerns during your visit — we would have been more than happy to address them in real time. Some of the items mentioned, such as the toaster and dishwasher, were in working order before and after your stay, and a toaster is available in the cabinet as noted in our guide. We also strive to be transparent in our listing about what’s included, and amenities like ice trays and paddle boat access are not currently advertised. We’ve taken your comments seriously and have ensured that each of the mentioned concerns has been addressed. This is part of our ongoing efforts to make sure upcoming guests enjoy a smooth and pleasant stay. Thank you again for staying with us and for helping us identify areas for improvement. We're glad you enjoyed the location and water access, and we hope we’ll have a chance to better serve you in the future.

Thank you for the feedback, we will have this forwarded to our team to be taken care of. It was our pleasure to host you and we would love to have you back again soon! Have a safe trip!

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your detailed feedback about your stay. We truly appreciate both the positive and constructive comments, as they help us improve for future guests. We’re sorry to hear about the wait during check-in, especially with little ones after such a long drive. We understand how challenging that must have been and will work on better timing and communication to minimize any delays. Regarding the pack and play fee, we include it as a standard charge to help cover the cleaning and maintenance costs, but we’ll make sure this is clearer upfront for future guests. We sincerely apologize for the issues with cookware, the broken paddle boat, floaties, life jackets, and the shed. This is definitely not the experience we want for our guests. We are already addressing these maintenance issues and will replace the cookware and fix the paddle boat and shed immediately. Thank you also for pointing out the water leak and shower pressure concerns — we’re scheduling a thorough inspection and repairs to ensure everything is functioning perfectly. We appreciate your mention of the steep incline to the dock, as this can be challenging for some guests, and we’ll make sure this is highlighted in the listing description. We’re glad you found the house clean, spacious, and comfortable, and that the kids enjoyed the arcade game — that’s wonderful to hear! Thank you again for your honest feedback and for staying with us. We hope to have the chance to welcome you and your family back in the future with an even better experience.

Liz, We truly appreciate your feedback and wish we would have been able to notify you of the incomplete backyard construction prior to two days before your rental. As soon as we were made aware we closed the property and offered all guests the opportunity to cancel. I have since discussed the cleanliness issues with Housekeeping and they are being addressed. We would love to be able to host you again and prove to you that our main goal is the overall satisfaction of our guests.

We understand your concerns about mobility and safety for children and will take them into consideration for future improvements. Thank you for your understanding and for pointing these out. We're happy to hear you'd stay with us again and look forward to hosting you in the future!
