It’s pet friendly but the fence isn’t around just this property as it included the property beside it. The next door neighbor had two dogs and we didn’t know when the dogs would be let out so we didn’t want to let out dogs play outside since the fence didn’t divide the properties. It was clean and we had parking. We didn’t have any detergent at all which I found unusual for a Vrbo.

Perfect Property

Our stay at the Southern Charming New Home was delightful! The house was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a cozy yet modern feel. The house had plenty of room for our group of 10. The four bedrooms provided comfortable sleeping arrangements, and we appreciated the extra sofa beds for additional flexibility. The location was perfect – just minutes from the beach and close to downtown. It was convenient to explore nearby attractions, and we appreciated being close to restaurants and shops. Overall, our stay was fantastic! The home was a beautiful and comfortable retreat that suited our group perfectly

Sweet Stay

This was the best stay we've had at a VRBO. Alex was super responsive. The interior is nicely decorated, well stocked, comfortable! Additional bonus space is out back - fire pit area, small deck w/ dining/sitting area. I would def stay here again if we come back to the area!
