Sophisticated new construction, designer furnished luxury 2 bedroom ,1 bath residence with full kitchen and a large West facing balcony to watch sunsets . Located in Olde Naples just a few blocks from elegant and historic 5th avenue shopping and the beach. Many other shopping options and restaurants are also conveniently walking distance. SoCe is the only new building in Olde Naples which allows short term rentals and pets. The floor plan includes an open well-equipped kitchen with quartz countertop , living room with a queen sleeper sofa /which provides an additional sleeping option, master bedroom with a king size bed and second bedroom with twin beds. One full bathroom has dual vanity sinks and a glass enclosed shower. Washer and dryer are conveniently located in the unit. One covered parking space is included. The building has an elevator and private outdoor amenity deck on the rooftop with a grilling /dining area and a hot tub. This brand new million dollar pet friendly condo is a rarity in Olde Naples. Excellent stay for the holidays!

Beautiful, new condo that is clean, bright, and airy. Close proximity to all old Naples has to offer! Owner is very accessible and available to address any needs that arise. Would definitely recommend for a stay, whether short or for a long stay!

ILL BE BACK!

cliff was fantastic and was always there if i had any questions. Very nice, clean, and literally 30 second drive or 5 minute walk to downtown naples. I wont stay anywhere else!!
