This is a great place! Extremely clean with all the comforts of home. Nice neighborhood with easy access to the freeway. The icing on the cake was the Nespresso machine!

Great townhome near Reno city center. Great host!

This place was super clean, well organized, and nice. Perfect for a long weekend in Reno. I'll definitely look for this place again when I travel to Reno. The host was very quick to respond to any questions. No problems!

Not the greatest for senior citizens

Overall, I rate this property 4 stars. The location is great for getting around Reno and Sparks. It was very clean and well decorated in neutral colors. Beds are comfortably firm without being board-like. Espresso and coffee are provided, as well as tea and an electric teapot for us tea drinkers. The townhouse was well stocked with extra towels, toilet paper, etc. The description said there was a Smart TV with Netflix. I was disappointed to find out that meant you could access only Prime Video and Netflx through the owners accounts--no cable or antenna access to programming. I knew going in that there was no dining table, but the bar with 3 stools in the dining area is so narrow and short, the 3 adults in our party could not use it for sit-down meals. The stairs to the second floor bedrooms are steeper than normal stairs to accommodate the high ceilings on the first floor. My husband and I are senior citizens, and the stairs were somewhat of a challenge physically.

Perfect Command Center-Close to UNR

Check in smooth, all needs anticipated, check out was easy. The beds took a little getting used to...very firm on the first night, but the subsequent nights were better knowing what to expect. Some kind of memory foam, my husband ended up loving it. The decor in the home was very soothing. Very nuetral palette with lots of play on textures. Will def come back.

Beautiful Townhome in Quiet Neighborhood

Lovely property, only 10 minutes from downtown Reno. We stayed over Memorial Day weekend and it was nice to get away from the busyness. Peaceful neighborhood with a gorgeous view of downtown from the hillside. The townhome is spacious and has all the amenities you need. I would definately stay again if I’m in the area.

Beautiful, well maintained Property

Beautifully furnished, clean, quiet safe neighborhood close to everything. Property Mgr. is quick to respond to questions. We would definitely stay again. The only minor issue was the property shows a gas grill, but there was no propane. The property mgr responded immediately and said propane is not provided and said it was noted in the details of the property. I didn’t see that, even after she told me it was there, I looked for it and still did not find that information. That would not stop me from staying there again because the townhome is beautiful and spacious. But, it would have been nice to know that in advance. I would suggest having it notated next to where it says Grill (propane and charcoal not included) The only other small issue, that I did not bring to the mgrs attention, there was no soap for the shower. My daughter had bath wash, so we used that.
