The bright 96 m² large and high quality furnished apartment, in south-west orientation with a subsequent sun terrace, is located in the charming Eifel town of Schmidt, 10 km from Nideggen and 30 km from Aachen, in the middle of the Northern Eifel Nature Park.
This apartment has been certified by the DTV with four stars. It is located on the northern edge of the Rurtalsperre and the Eifel National Park, with a view of the nature reserve, as well as of Nideggen Castle, on an open mountain ridge, but surrounded by wide forests, at an altitude of 480 meters above sea level. N.

The apartment with its sun terrace is fully equipped for four people and a toddler.

WiFi is available free of charge

The apartment has two bedrooms, each with two single beds, which can be arranged as either a double bed or single beds. Bed linen is provided free of charge.
The spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet, as well as towel warmers and a hair dryer. Towels are provided free of charge.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, fridge, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and kettle, egg cooker and all the necessary dishes.
The living / dining room with balcony has an LED satellite TV 40 and a DVD / CD stereo system.

WiFi is available free of charge.

The apartment is heated by modern heat pump heating in conjunction with underfloor heating throughout the house.

There are two car parking spaces at the holiday home available free of charge.

In addition to a wide variety of shopping opportunities, such as bakeries and a grocery store as well as a pharmacy, the town of Schmidt also offers the opportunity to visit the local restaurants, which are located in the town with numerous restaurants and inns.
A very rich and attractive range of leisure activities in and around the village, as well as the surrounding area, has something for everyone. Bikers are also welcome.

E-bikes can be rented on site at an additional cost; Price on request.

Wunderschöner Kurztrip!

Wir hatten zu viert eine wunderbare Zeit. Ein Auto wäre aber schon sehr hilfreich. Wir sind mit Bus und Bahn gereist und sind entweder Berg hoch und runter gelaufen oder haben sehr nette Menschen getroffen, die uns mitgenommen haben. Die Wohnung war in einem top Zustand und ideal für gemütliche Abende auf der Terrasse oder im Esszimmer.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist einfach top, sehr sauber und vollständig ausgestattet. Man findet sogar Gewürze in der Küche. Gastgeber sind hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe zu Aachen und Maastricht. Vor Ort kann man schöne Wanderungen unternehmen. In der Nachbarschaft liegt der Rursee. Wir waren vollauf begeistert.

Tolle Wohnung

Wir hatten in der FeWo Becker in Schmidt eine schöne Woche. Die freundlichen Gastgeber, die super Wohnung, die Umgebung, alles war perfekt. In der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts. Die kleinste Kleinigkeit ist vorhanden. Die Betten sind bequem, die Dusche ein Traum, die Couch im Wohnzimmer sehr gemütlich. Vielen Dank an Familie Becker.

Wohlfühlurlaub

Eine sehr geräumige Ferienwohnung, die mit allen notwendigen Dingen ausgestattet ist. Die Gestaltung war einladend, hell und fröhlich - ein Ort, an dem wir gerne sind. Die ruhige Lage kam unseren Bedürfnissen sehr entgegen, die Ausflugsziele waren jedoch leicht (schnell) erreichbar. Wir würden gerne wieder dort unseren Urlaub verbringen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Super-de-luxe wooncomfort

Het grote appartement was via een mooie hal en trap te bereiken. Zeer compleet en schoon. Alsof alles nieuw was. Ook heel licht door de vele ramen. Stevige grote bank en goede bedden. Rustig ontbijten op het terras met geluid van vogels en uitzicht op de grasweide. Slaapkamers aan de straatkant, (weinig) vroeg verkeer, met raam dicht geen last. Vraag eventueel om gescheiden slaapkamers bij 2 personen, want er worden maar 2 bedden opgemaakt (extra betaling per opgemaakt bed). Omgeving is prachtig! Het vinden van het uitzichtspunt in het dorp voor het stuwmeer was lastig te vinden, onduidelijke bordjes. We komen zeker terug!

This was a wonderful property you will not go wrong. It was super clean and comfortable this is a perfect place to even stay for a month and enjoy the surroundings. The Becker's are very attentive and made our stay perfect. I am sorry we did not have more time. The bedrooms are roomy the bathroom is huge with a tub and separate shower even a towel heater. You also have a large living room, dining room and a full set up kitchen. I or we can not say enough, just thank you for a clean and comfortable accommodation and hope we from Arizona can come again. Look up this area for great water events.

Sehr schönes home away

Sehr schöne Wohnung, alles vorhanden, super sauber, schöne Einrichtung. Alles zum Wohlfühlen. Von dort aus kann man gut zu Wanderungen und Unternehmungen aufbrechen. Nationalpark Eifel, Monschau, Aachen, Burg Nideggen, etc. Uns hat die Lage der Schlafzimmer zur Straße hin nicht so gefallen.Wenn man bei offenem Fenster schläft, ist es für uns zu laut.

Rundum wohlgefühlt

Wir waren zu viert an einem verlängertem Wochenende in der Ferienwohnung von Familie Becker. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, hat ein tolles Bad, ein großes Wohnzimmer und auch eine schöne Terrasse. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten einen ganz tollen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung ! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und es fehlte uns an nichts. Auch unserer Tochter hat es sehr gut gefallen! Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und immer ansprechbar. Ausflugstips und Geheimtips gab es auch. Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Il ne faut pas hésiter à aller passer quelques jours dans cet appartement superbe. Il est d'une propreté irréprochable, avec une décoration de très bon goût et les propriétaires ont pensé au moindre détail pour que les vacanciers passent un inoubliable séjour. Très serviables et compréhensifs, ils sont aux petits soins pour leur locataires et prévoient quelques petites gâteries qui nous attendent à notre arrivée. Un grand merci à monsieur Becker en espérant revenir un jour avec nos amis.

Comfortable and modern apartment

We stayed at Ferienwohnung Becker for 3 nights in October. We were welcomed by the friendly owner, who lives on the ground floor with his wife. On arrival we noticed that the apartment was extremely clean and the beds were made, which is a welcome bonus. The apartment looks quite new and is nicely decorated. The bedrooms are big enough, with large and comfortable beds and pillows. The bathroom is equipped with a large bath (a big hit with our kids) and a separate shower. We much appreciated the floor heating throughout the apartment! The living room is spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately the weather didn't permit us to use the terrace or the garden. Ferienwohnung Becker is located in Schmidt, about 9 km from Nideggen. Schmidt conveniently has two bakeries and two small supermarkets, but for big grocery shopping you would need to drive to Nideggen. In Schmidt, don't miss the "Schone Aussicht" (lovely view) of the Rursee. We also enjoyed our visit to Nideggen castle (incl. museum) and to Heimbach. Aachen is a 45-minute drive and a much recommended daytrip.
