New Modern House finishes. Front yard pool with hot tub overlooking the LQ Cove mountains. Tanning layout chairs. Backyard has grill, outdoor dining seating, foldable ping pong table and corn hole option.
**Cleaning Fee comes with one visit for our cleaners to come by and do a basic clean of house (bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen)**
1. Master bedroom has king bed with walk in closet, private bathroom with standing shower. Has WFH desk and smart TV setup.
2. Bedroom 2 has queen bed with ocean themed setup, WFH desk.
3. Bedroom 3 has queen bed with desert theme setup. W/D in garage. 55inch Roku TV in living room

My brother and I own this home. We live in Los Angeles where we are from and wanted to give the opportunity for others to enjoy our beautiful home the times of the year we are not.
Why they chose this property
We chose this our home here because it is close to the mountains for hiking, biking and secluded enough to enjoy the calm relaxation of the mountains. It is also close enough to Palm Springs and Coachella Valley entertainment (Stagecoach, Coachella festival, 3miles away)
