Our modern furnished apartment is located in the historic tower house in the residential district Weißer Hirsch. In the end of the 19th century. Century. Restaurant incurred were celebrities like Rainer Maria Rilke, Adele Sandrock, Theo Lingen, Marika Rokk and Heinz Rühmann guest. Today there are private apartments and three apartments in the house.
We have furnished our apartment for you modern and comfortable. If you have questions you can call us (0176/31516101).
From the apartment is just a minute's walk baker and butcher, in just three minutes you are at the market place Weisser Hirsch with a supermarket, drugstore, pharmacy, restaurants, food, etc. and also to the tram that takes you in 15 minutes can reach the city center.
In the Dresden Heath You are walking after only five minutes. The historic funicular railway and the famous restaurant Luisenhof ("Balcony of Dresden" with glorious views) are also just five minutes away on foot. In the Elbe castles are you with the tram in three minutes.
If you arrive by car, there is a personal parking space in the yard for you.

"Perfektes Zuhause fernab von Zuhause

Bewertung für "Gemütliche und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung": Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr genossen und uns von Anfang an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist äußerst gemütlich eingerichtet und strahlt eine warme Atmosphäre aus. Die Möbel sind komfortabel und passen wunderbar zum Gesamtkonzept der Wohnung. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die Ausstattung. Es fehlte an nichts! Die Küche war komplett ausgestattet mit allen notwendigen Utensilien und Geräten, sodass wir problemlos unsere eigenen Mahlzeiten zubereiten konnten. Auch das Badezimmer ließ keine Wünsche offen – es war modern und sauber…auch wenn es sehr klein ist. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung war ebenfalls ideal. Sie lag in einer der schönsten Ecken von Dresden, fernab vom Trubel der Stadt, aber sehr gut an den ÖPNV angebunden. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war außerdem äußerst angenehm und unkompliziert. Insgesamt können wir diese Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. Ein großes Dankeschön an die Gastgeber für diesen tollen Aufenthalt!

Das Appartement ist wirklich sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Kommunikation und Schlüsselübergabe haben perfekt funktioniert. Konsum, Bäcker und Fleischer sind fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Was soll ich sagen ? Wow. Die Tür ging auf und sofort war das Gefühl da, hier bin ich willkommen. Die Wohnung war mit so viel Liebe und Sorgfalt eingerichtet, wie wir es bislang nur ganz ganz selten erlebt haben. Nichts war kaputt oder abgewohnt. Vielen lieben Dank, dass wir zu Gast sein durften.

Ein super romantisches Zimmer

Eine ganz besondere Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung erklimmt man über eine alte Turmtreppe aus Metall. Aber der Weg lohnt sich. Die Wohnung ist romantisch und modern zugleich eingerichtet. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet bis auf eine Mikrowelle. Das Bad ist perfekt gemütlich. Das Wohn und Schlafzimmer ist super eingerichtet. Ein Mix aus innovativer Kunst, moderne Ideen und einer grosser Gemütlichkeit. Alles zusammen eine sehr zum relaxen einladende Ferienwohnung die zwar nicht direkt im Zentrum von Dresden liegt aber mit der Straßenbahn eine sehr gute Anbindung hat. Wir haben eigentlich vor dort im nächsten Jahr wieder ein paar Tage zu verbringen.

hübsche FeWo im Viertel Weisser Hirsch

Uns hat die FeWo sehr gut gefallen. Geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Check in und out verlief simpel. Ein Willkommensgeschenk versüßte uns die Ankunft. Die Fahrt zur Altstadt mit dem Auto dauert nicht lang und auch eine Fahrradtour bis zur Elbe und am Wasser entlang ist zu empfehlen. Aber Achtung, es geht auch bergauf. Man sollte schon Kondition mitbringen oder ein eBike :-) Einzige Anmerkung zur Wohnung wäre, dass die Gewürze mal ausgetauscht oder einfach selbst mitgebracht werden müssten. Sie sind teilweise eingetrocknet oder leer. Das ändert aber nichts an unserer Bewertung. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung sehr gern weiter. Liebe Grüße Catharina und Martin

Eine super Ferienwohnung

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Alles sauber, die Einrichtung ist wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet. Ein Parkplatz ist auf dem Grundstück. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. 10 Minuten bis zur Standseibahn.

Ich habe noch nie eine so saubere und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung/-Zimmer vorgefunden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend und sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns in dieser Gegend so wie in dieser Wohnung pudelwohl gefühlt. Für die doch sehr heißen Tage wurde vom Vermieter vorgesorgt und zwei Ventilatoren bereit gestellt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.
