Great property

My friend and I stayed here for the weekend because we flew in to watch the CU/Oregon game. It was a very nice and comfortable home in a nice quiet neighborhood and has a beautiful yard. Thanks for letting us stay!

Great place for graduation stay

Easy and open floor plan. Lots of games and well appointed. Labels on things kept to a minimum and helpful. Front door lock easy to operate.

Quiet and close

Stayed here for several days during our son’s graduation weekend from UO. Very spacious, relaxing and peaceful with a wonderfully large private yard. Locations is great; very short walk to a local market and live music, A very short drive to UO and downtown Eugene. Nichole was very quick to respond to all our questions and requests. Enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to come back.

Nice place, quiet neighborhood. About 10 minute drive to downtown Eugene. No issues. Would rent from again. Easy communication with host.

Wonderful stay

Very quiet neighborhood, extremely kids friendly, bathroom/toilet are clean, easy to get in-out. Owner lives upstairs, so when we needed a hairdryer, just texted her and she replied within 5 min and delivered to us. Outside yard has tons of stuff what Kids can play. There are puzzles, toys, board games inside which helped a lots to entertain kids. What a great stay! Thank you!!

Very clean and quiet neighborhood

The property is close to campus. The property is also VERY clean which was a big plus. Only recommendation would be a couple more towels and possibly a portable fan to turn on to block out noise. You can hear the upstairs footsteps quite a bit but nothing that we wouldn't stay there again. :)

Nice, clean, quiet rental home in the Friendly neighborhood in West Eugene

We had a wonderful weekend stay at the two bedroom, one bathroom home in the Friendly neighborhood in West Eugene. It is a couple of miles from the U of O campus but is only an eight minute drive. Parking was easy in the adjacent driveway. The front door had a code entry system for easy access. The home had a wonderful kitchen and dining area. We appreciated the serenity of the backyard and enjoyed the ping pong table and dart board. Communication with the owner was easy and efficient. We came to tour the campus and to attend the Ducks football game. We played golf at Laurelwood one morning and enjoyed the course. We would love to return to the home in the future. Thank you to the owners for hosting!
