Great spot on the beach. If you want to see the sun come up over the ocean, this is a great place to do it. Everything was as advertised.

We had a great stay! Place was very clean and it was lovely being right on the beach. Parking is very tight, as described by the host, but we were able to squeeze in 3 cars. Would definitely recommend!

Great spot right in the beach with excellent ocean views, immediate beach access, and very easy walking distance to restaurants in the town. Very convenient bedroom and bathroom layout for multiple families. Parking availability was good, but the parking space itself is extremely tight (as noted by host) ... passengers absolutely must leave the vehicle before the driver parks and the driver must be very careful getting out of the vehicle depending on vehicles parked adjacent for other units.

Amazing beach rental!

We loved our time on Atlantic Ave. being right in the beach cannot be beat and you can walk to everything in town. This property is great for a lovely beach getaway.

Great Location, Delightful Stay

Three moms with teenagers and preteens stayed comfortably in this Oceanfront Penthouse. Easy access to beach and great location between jetty and boardwalk. Jim is a great host and very responsive. We would stay here again!
