Eine wirklich schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten eine erholsame Woche zu zweit in Cappel-Neufeld mit Ausflügen in die Umgebung, z.B. nach Bad Bederkesa, nach Bremerhaven oder von Cuxhaven mit dem Schiff nach Neuwerk. Auch zu Fuß auf dem Deich von Cappel-Neufeld nach Dorum-Neufeld zu gehen und dort den Leuchtturm Obereversand zu besteigen und zu besichtigen war ein Erlebnis. Die Wohnung selbst ist in sehr gutem Zustand, sehr sauber und man hat einen schönen Blick auf das Siel und das angrenzende Grasland, wo sich Enten, Schwäne, Reiher, Kormorane usw. beobachten lassen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation verlief durchweg reibungslos.Also alles so, wie wir uns unseren Urlaub wünschen.

Sehr schöne saubere Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist in einem guten Zustand und für 3 Personen völlig ausreichend. Es war alles sauber und die Küche bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten sehr gut sortiert. Es war fast alles wie beschrieben vorhanden, bis auf die Waschmaschine, die kurzfristig defekt gegangen ist. Alles in allem sehr angenehme und nette Frau

Unser gemeinsames Nordsee-Debüt ...

... ist großartig verlaufen! Das Wetter stets besser als sämtliche Onlinevorhersagen, die FeWo nur drei Gehminuten vom Deich entfernt. Alle Räume pieksauber, effizient eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Das "Kinderzimmer" mit Direktzugang zum Balkon, von uns nicht genutzt aber ich bin sicher, Teenies & auch Jüngere finden's toll. Freundliche, diskrete Nachbarn und viel Raum zum Durchatmen, im echten und übertragenen Sinn. Für Herbstreisende mit Ruhebedürfnis eine Empfehlung, sowohl die Unterkunft wie auch Land & Leute.

Einfach top

Eigentlich sollte ich diese Wohnung nicht so loben, damit ich für nächstes Jahr noch freie Termine finde – aber sie ist einfach unschlagbar! Die Wohnung ist in tadellosem Zustand und blitzsauber. Es fehlt an nichts, alles Notwendige ist vorhanden. Für den Start ist sogar alles vorbereitet, falls man mal etwas vergessen haben sollte. Die Vermieterin, Frau Behne, ist immer erreichbar, falls man sie wirklich mal benötigt. Kostenloses WLAN und TV über LAN stehen zur Verfügung. Die Betten sind hervorragend und nicht durchgelegen, und es herrscht absolute Ruhe – perfekte Bedingungen für erholsamen Schlaf. Die Lage ist ebenso unschlagbar: nur ca. 300 m bis zum Wasser und 100 m bis zum Deich. Ein Brötchenservice ist auf dem nahe gelegenen Campingplatz verfügbar, und frische Krabben und Fisch gibt es in etwa 2,5 km Entfernung. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Schöner Kurztrip

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohlgefühlt, man hat Platz und es ist alles da, was man braucht (Herd, Ofen, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Wäscheständer, Balkon, TV, Internet, große Betten, Stauraum, großes Bad…). Beim Campingplatz nebenan kann man leckere Brötchen bestellen, nicht weit ist das Meer mit schönem großen Spielplatz. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Sehr schöne Wohung, sehr nette Gastgeberin

Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben und war blitzsauber. Sie ist sehr schön eingerichtet und top ausgestattet. Das W-Lan ist sehr stabil und mehr als ausreichend schnell (50 Mbit/s). Die Lage ist wirklich toll, zum Deichübergang sind es keine zwei Minuten zu Fuß. Frau Behne war sehr zuvorkommend und auch kurzfristig erreichbar. Wir haben 3,5 Wochen dort verbracht und uns durchweg äußerst wohl gefühlt!

Frische Brise

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt im Verlauf einer Woche. Mit eBikes konnten wir trotz Gegenwind für uns angemessene Touren gut bewältigen. Die Radwege sind gut beschildert. Die Ferienwohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet neben PKW-Stellplatz eine abschließbare Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder. Der Internetzugang über WLAN ist ausreichend schnell, um auch große Datenmengen in Form von Fotos in die Cloud zu übertragen.

Toller Urlaub

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. In der Wohnung hat es uns an nichts gefehlt, auch eine Grundausstattung an Verbrauchsmaterial (Toilettenpapier, Spülmaschinentabs, Seife etc.) haben wir bereits vorgefunden. Schlafzimmer und Kinderzimmer sind ganz neu möbliert. Die Umgebung ist toll, bis zum Meer sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Der Strand vor Ort ist eher klein und ruhig, wer es trubeliger mag erreicht die Strände in Dorum Neufeld oder Cuxhaven Sahlenburg gut auch mit dem Fahrrad.

Ein ganz toller Urlaub!!!

Haben 10 Tage an der Nordsee zu Dritt verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung war super gut ausgestattet, es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage war perfekt, alles wunderbar von dort aus zu erreichen. Ca. 100m bis zum Deich, allerdings kein Sandstrand, sondern Wiese. Sind zum Baden daher 20 Minuten nach Cuxhaven gefahren. Rund herum hatten wir einen ganz tollen Urlaub!!! Einzige Minuspunkte waren die Dusche, die ohne großen Druck eher einer Regendusche ähnelte und dass es kein WLAN gab. Das könnte man noch verbessern. Haben uns aber super wohl gefühlt! Also absolut Daumen hoch 👍👍👍!!!

Super schöne Ferienwohnung. Sehr sauber, alles da. Ruhig gelegen, kein Massentourismus. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Wer Rummel sucht ist hier am falschen Ort. WLAN wäre nicht schlecht wenn es das noch geben würde.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne erholsame Zeit.

Die Ferienwohnung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Alles ist so wie beschrieben. Bei schlechtem Wetter ist man schnell in Cuxhaven oder Bremerhaven. Ansonsten kann man die herrliche Natur genießen.

Wunderbar entspannte Zeit

Es hat alles perfekt geklappt, die Wohnung toll und mit allem ausgerüstet, was man so braucht. Handtücher hatten wir dabei und das es kein Internet gibt hatte ich überlesen. Wunderbar erholsamer Aufenthalt. In den Matratzen sind schon ein paar kulen drinnen, für Bauchschmerzen nicht so gut, aber noch okay,

Entspannung und Natur pur

Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und die Vermieterin sehr freundlich. Die Lage ganz in der Nähe des Deichs ist wunderschön und ermöglicht herrliche Spaziergänge, wo man die Natur geniessen und Gottes Nähe spüren kann. Einfach schön :)

Erholsamer Urlaub

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Cappel-Neufeld. Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Positiv sind mir die Mückengitter vor den Fenstern aufgefallen. Schlüsselübergabe, Extrawünsche wie einen Hochstuhl für unser Kind war alles kein Problem. Wenn wir nochmal einen Urlaub an der Nordsee planen sollten dann gerne wieder dort.

Sehr schöne, saubere und gepflegte Ferienwohnung mit toller Aussicht

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns wirklich gut gefallen. Sie ist hell, freundlich und funktional eingerichtet. Sie war sehr sauber, was uns sofort aufgefallen ist. Die Einrichtung und die Anbauten waren alle gepflegt und im guten Zustand. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig mit einem schönen Blick auf den Deich. Wir müssen aber aus zwei Gründen einen Stern abziehen: 1. Waren das Sofa und das Doppelbett nicht mehr all zu bequem, was aber auch Gewohnheit sein könnte. 2. Für die Kommunikation. Als ich vor der Anreise keine weiteren Infos erhalten hatte wegen u.a. der Schlüsselübergabe, habe ich über mein Kundenkonto den Vermieter angeschrieben. Am Anreisetag hatte ich keine Info. Also habe ich angerufen. Die Stimme teilte mir mit, dass sie keine Ferienwohnung hätte. Dies hat uns sehr verunsichert. Daraufhin habe ich nach dem Vermieter gegoogelt und habe die selbe Telefonnummer gefunden. Ich habe erneut angerufen. Während des Telefonates stellte sich heraus, dass doch alles in Ordung war. Dennoch sind wir mit einem unguten Gefühl angereist. Vor Ort war alles ok und stimmig.

Entspannte Woche in einer schönen ruhigen Ferienwohnung

Wir haben mit 3 Personen eine schöne Woche Urlaub in der ruhigen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Das Mehrfamilienhaus war allerdings zu dem Zeitpunkt fast leer gefegt. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig und sauber. Die ganze Abwicklung war sehr unkompliziert. Gerne wieder!
