The high-quality, fully air-conditioned villa for up to 10 people is located in a closed park with its own beaches. It is only 150m from the house to the sea.
In the garden there is a heated and child-safe, large pool with a fine wooden deck. The pool was completed in 2016 and offers the most modern comfort with a large lawn in the enchanting garden. An integrated infrared sauna in the pool area rounds off the wellness feeling of the villa!
The architecturally interesting nested house in the Provencal style has about 250 square meters of living space and is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden of 2000 m², which gives hardly any insight. The spacious house offers enough retreat for many people. The house with its high-quality equipment is kept up to date and is a very well-kept property.
Each of the 5 bedrooms has a double bed and a terrace with access to the garden. All bedrooms are equipped with fly screens and air conditioning. 2 rooms with an extra kitchen and a bathroom can be used as a separate apartment if necessary.
The exclusive Residence Cala Rossa is a privately owned peninsula at the entrance to the picturesque bay of Porto-Vecchio. The 24-hour guarded park with its generously planted green areas and well-tended beaches offers numerous opportunities for the highest demands.

Great in every way!

We spent 2 weeks in August, and we didn't want to leave!. The location is amazing, very close to a secluded beach, and a 10 min walk to the Cala Rossa beach. We enjoyed morning swims, and evening long stays at the beach. And when you are tired of the beach, you have the swimming pool, it has great temperature and is easy to jump into. The house is great!. The rooms are downstairs which means rooms are cooler during the day or night. The main dining room / kitchen is cozy with ample space. We enjoyed breakfast on the main terrace, lunch inside the house, and dinner on the bigger terrace facing the yard. The host was always attentive to our needs, checked on our stay, and was quick to provide help or guidance. Looking forward to booking again next year!

Wir waren völlig begeistert von diesem einmalig,wundervollen und charmantem Haus. Der Garten war sehr gepflegt, der Pool perfekt für unsere Kids und die Terrasse lud jeden Tag zum verweilen ein! Wir waren so gerne in diesem Haus, dass wir viel zu wenig andere Dinge unternommen haben. Wir kommen hoffentlich bald wieder!

Petit coin de paradis

Une maison très agréable, particulièrement bien équipée et spacieuse. Le jardin est ravissant. Un petit paradis pour séjourner en famille et avec des amis. Des zones qui permettent de s’isoler et d’autres de se retrouver. Une petite crique privée à 5 minutes à pied… La propriétaire est à l’écoute et très disponible. Le gardien est d’une grande gentillesse et très accueillant. Bref, un séjour parfait !

Everything about our stay was perfect starting with our host, Katja who was very welcoming and helpful in all our communications. The house is big, well maintained, clean and extremely well appointed but mostly super charming and cosy. All the rooms are equally nice and have direct access to the garden. The three terraces (one on the roof, preferred by our teenagers) offers fantastic views. And last but not least, the lush garden and pool area that is certainly worthy of a 5 star hotel!

Traumhafte Ferien im Süden Korsikas

Wir waren sechs Erwachsene und vier Kinder und haben die Villa mit ihren 5 Schlafzimmern voll belegt und trotzdem haben wir nie das Gefühl gehabt zu nahe bei einander zu sein. Der grosszügige und raffinierte Grundriss des Hauses und der grosse Park mit dem schönen Poolbereich bieten genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Das saubere und klare Meer ist zu Fuss in ein paar Minuten erreichbar und die privaten Sandstrände der Cala Rossa sind in der Hochsaison der wahre Luxus im Süden von Korsika. Frau Jonas pflegt das Haus liebenswert und ist der perfekte Host. Sie reagierte immer rasch auf unsere Fragen. Der äusserst freundliche und kompetente Hausmeister Momo der in der Nähe wohnt, ist der Ansprechpartner für alle kleinen und grösseren Anliegen vor Ort und er gab uns immer das Gefühl jederzeit für uns da zu sein. Das Haus selber ist überkomplett ausgerüstet, sehr gut gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlte uns an gar nichts. Mit dieser perfekten Infrastruktur und der gemütlichen Terrasse haben wir mehr selber gekocht und gegrillt, als wir eigentlich geplant hatten. Die Fischtheke im nahegelegenen Supermarkt liess betreffen Auswahl und Beratung keine Wünsche offen. Die Fülle an Flora im Park der Villa mit Kräutern, Beeren, Trauben, Feigen bis Olivenbäumen, Korkeichen und Palmen, ist einzigartig und konnte uns, mit unserer Verwunderung gegenüber dem vorhandenen Kunstrasen, versöhnen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

un séjour parfait !

Après un premier contact très agréable avec la propriétaire et des échanges d'informations utiles pour la maison, nous sommes finalement arrivés et notre coup de coeur sur photos s'est transformé en coup de coeur sur place ! La maison est exactement comme nous l'imaginions et l'espérions. Après avoir longtemps regardé plusieurs propriétés (toutes très belles) nous avions opté pour celle-ci car elle nous plaisait vraiment pour son côté "authentique" et très familiale. Nous n'avons pas été déçus un seul instant. Cette grande et belle maison, très bien entretenue, est aussi pratique, bien conçue qu'elle est agréable à vivre. Nous y avons séjourné en famille, avec 5 enfants qui ont pris leurs marques en moins de temps qu'il ne faut pour le dire ! Nous avions le sentiment d'être vraiment "chez nous". Nous n'avons pas eu besoin de contacter la propriétaire ou la personne responsable sur place car notre séjour (2 semaines) s'est déroulé sans le moindre problème. Toutes les chambres ont un accès direct sur le jardin ce qui est un vrai plus. La maison est très spacieuse, la partie salon/cuisine ouverte/salle à manger est très agréable mais nous y avons passé peu de temps finalement car nous étions en général sur la grande terrasse qui en fait le tour et a une belle vue dégagée ou dans le jardin au bord de la piscine. Elle est par ailleurs à quelques minutes à peine de marche des plages appartenant au domaine et très peu fréquentées, ce qui est très appréciable si l'on veut profiter de la mer sans prendre la voiture. Géographiquement, elle est très bien placée, à quelques minutes en voiture de Porto Vecchio et de la très belle plage de Saint Cyprien. Nous sommes partis depuis seulement 2 jours et il nous tarde d'y revenir !
