The Four O'clock Lodge B06 condo is a cute studio suite with bathroom and efficiency kitchen. Located on Four O'clock Rd., you can ski in off the Four O'clock run into the complex, and the Snowflake lift is only steps across the street. This studio is equipped with coffee, microwave, access to hot tub and pool at the Upper Village Pool: SEASONAL POOL/HOT TUB open Summer and Winter Seasons. Free cable TV and Wi-Fi, table for two and a queen bed. Endless views and spectacular natural settings are free. Just what you need for a couples retreat or weekend getaway. There is a free ride bus stop nearby and Main Street is a short walk down Four O'clock Rd. This unit is also great in the summer and fall being close to the Riverwalk center and Blue River access the Rec path is close for a great bike ride or walk around town. One on-site parking space provided.
**Important to know before arriving to Breckenridge: **

4WD or AWD vehicles are required in the winter; snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roadways - no refunds will be granted for improper vehicles. This home is near 10,000 Ft. please plan for high alpine environment conditions all year.

**COLORADO TRACTION LAW**: September- May 31 of each year, all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero will be required to adhere to the traction law, which requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. Ensure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado. Please be sure to mention your destination and traction law when renting a vehicle. Alpine Meadows will not refund for improper vehicles.

Great location!

Great studio! Walking distance to nearby ski lift and downtown. The place was equipped will all what you need for a short stay. Definitely recommend it!

Fine for the money

Was as described. Bed was not comfortable at.all. Didn’t receive check in instructions until a few hours before so made me nervous the whole time while traveling:. Also the door does not open even 1 second before your check in time so if you’re a few minutes early find something to do. This was the first place I’ve rented that was so weird about this. Whatever. At least the rest of CO is chill. Other than that, room had plenty of towels and amenities. Didn’t spend a whole lot of time in the room so it was a good deal for what we were looking for.

Very nice property

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The management company was very helpful on several occasions, including an early check in request. Would highly recommend.
