Beautiful Lake Oconee Lake Front Estate with Custom POOL AND HOT TUB

The Retreat is a brand new 2021 home with a custom pool and spa. On a beautiful point lot in the best location Lake Oconee has to offer! Close to all restaurants by car or boat! Come stay and kick your feet up on the screened porch with a wood burning fire place or on the max dock!! Enjoy the sunrise in mornings and the sunset in evenings!! The Retreat has two bedrooms on the main level each with their own full bath rooms, also one half bath on the main. The upstairs has a loft area, bunk room with two queen beds and one twin bed, and two separate bedrooms. Two full bathrooms upstairs. Back porch area has a propane grill, outdoor shower, and plenty of outdoor furniture. Please don't hesitate to message me with any questions!

Additional Details:
- The pool may be heated upon request for an additional fee of $150 per night. If you would like it heated for arrival time - please notify the host at time of booking or at minimum 24 hours prior to arrival.

- Guest may enjoy enjoy a max dock for fishing, boating, kayaking and swimming. Absolutely NO DIVING off the property or dock.

- Rates are adjusted daily! If it is necessary to change the dates of your stay - please note that your daily rates may increase.

One of the best lakefront properties we have stayed in! Super easy access to the dock, you have neighbors, but they don’t feel like they’re on top of you because you’re at the end of the point. The first time we have rented, and there were more than ample beach towels, and bath towels! All the beds slept great, and communication was exceptional!

Stayed at the property for 3 nights and had one of the best experiences I've ever had with a home and host. From time of booking all the way through the final hours at the property, host was extremely pleasant, responsive, and made the trip one we'll never forget. The property is absolutely stunning, located on the lake with fantastic views, beautiful outdoor area with the pool, multiple seating areas around TV's, truly remarkable. Would highly recommend staying at this property and we'll be looking to return in the future!

We had an amazing weekend getaway at the lake! The home itself was beautiful, comfortable, and perfect for a group of friends. The pool was a highlight and we spent hours relaxing and enjoying the view. The outdoor spaces were fantastic for gathering, and the dock was very convenient for the boat we rented. Everything about the property made it easy to relax and have fun. On top of that, the host was incredibly responsive and helpful, which made our stay seamless. Perfect for families and friends and a close 10-15 mins from family staying in Reynolds. We could not have asked for a better experience and would love to come back!

This home has a nice, warm feel to it with upscale furnishings and comfortably accomodated 10 of us for Thanksgiving week. Fully stocked kitchen utinsels with everything needed for holiday meal prep and table service.Plenty of nearby shopping and boat rentals if needed.The host, Julia is outstanding and replied very quickly to all inquiries.Great outdoor entertainment spaces including screaned in patio, grill area, fire pit, pool, hot tub and enough seating for a large group with a dock that will accomodate several boats and jet skis.The Ipad with videos of how everything operated made lighting the gas fireplaces (2) and operating the hot tub was especially helpful!Plenty of room for family and friends with enough space to get away from the group if you need some time to yourself.Would definitely recommend and will probably rent again.

Wow! We had an incredible stay at The Retreat! This beautiful house was very accommodating with an open floor plan and great porches for our family to spread out and yet spend lots of time together, which is exactly what we wanted! Great boat dock for us to bring our boat and jet ski. Our favorite features were the indoor and outdoor speaker system to play music all day long. We spent all week in the lake, pool and hot tub. The host was very responsive when we had a couple of questions as we were settling in. The house was a great location to restaurants, grocery store, golf and marinas! We had a perfect lake week!

Late summer getaway

A week of family fun and total relaxation! The house is beautifully appointed, from the comfortable bedding to the plentiful towels, whether by the lake or pool, enjoying movie night or jamming to your teen daughter the DJ...you can't buy those memories and they opportunity goes by so quickly. When you think of getting away and spending time with the people you love, this is where to go. It is a great choice! We will certainly be back.

Wow! What an awesome view! This gorgeous home sits on an amazing lake view that’ll leave you speechless! The house is spacious, very well decorated, and there’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out or enjoy time together! This is a stunning lake property with views from almost every room in the home. It was perfect for our family - pool, hot tub, large dock with space for 2 boats, ample parking, fire pit, outdoor kitchen, and so much more. We loved the shallow shelf on the pool for the little ones. The location on the lake was not too busy. Julia was a wonderful host and provided everything we needed, responding quickly to all communications. One suggestion - have the outdoor spaces cleaned off prior to guest arrival. Much of the outdoor furniture had cobwebs and was dusty and the pool wasn’t cleaned until mid week. It was not diffuse to remedy and did not affect our enjoyment of the property.
