If you’re in the mood for a beach vacation full of salty air and sandy feet, then South Walton is the getaway location for you! Suncatcher is a charming Santa Rosa Beach vacation home in the Sunrise Beach neighborhood. It features cozy accommodations, including three bedrooms and three baths and a wide-open floor plan, lovely balcony, and private pool. It can host up to 11 guests for a relaxing vacation with family or friends.

Upon arrival, guests are greeted with a white picket fence and lush landscaping that radiates an old-school beach charm. In the front, a columned veranda with outdoor furnishings provides a comfortable setting for relaxing, casual dining and drinks, and hanging out with your fellow vacationers. Inside, the main living area is located on the second floor. Full-length windows and glass doors filter in plenty of sunlight that brightens the space. Glass doors lead to a covered balcony, complete with white rocking chairs and side tables. Back indoors, the living room has a vibrant blue wraparound couch and accent chair with an ottoman. The seating ensemble is centered around a glass-topped coffee table and faces a smart TV (live TV not provided). Next to the living room, a formal dining table and eight ladder-backed chairs make up the dining area. Hardwood floors extend into the kitchen, which offers ample space to cook up new and old-favorite recipes. The kitchen has white appliances, granite countertops, and an island with stool seating.

In addition to a warm and welcoming great room, guests will love the comfy sleeping quarters. On the first floor, one guest bedroom includes a king-size bed, twin bunk, coastal décor, and access to the private pool patio. The other first-floor guest bedroom is great for the kids, as it has two twin bunks. The master suite is located upstairs, and it has a king-size bed, twin day bed with trundle, vaulted ceiling, wall-mounted smart TV (live TV not provided), and access to the balcony.

Another benefit of staying at Suncatcher is the private pool. A sundeck surrounds the pool with cozy lounge chairs. There is a furnished, shaded patio that overlooks the pool, as well. A BBQ grill is provided for making your own poolside Surf n’ Turf meal. When you’re not soaking up the sun by the pool, you can head down to the beach, which is less than a one-minute stroll away. Seasonal complimentary beach service is also provided that includes four chairs and two umbrellas. Other fun nearby places to visit are Draper Lake for paddle boarding and fishing, Gulf Place Town Center for dining and shopping, and the cute coastal towns of Scenic Highway 30A for exploring.
