The property is opposite Hwy 192 from Disney property- which depending on which park you are going to, you can be on Disney property in as little as 5 minutes!

Property Stay

The property was in an excellent location for accessing all the theme parks and for accessing other facilities like restaurants and supermarkets. The owners were exceptionally helpful when needed and the accomodation was well looked after. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you.

Near Disney

The house was clean, had a well stocked kitchen, and towel closet. The screened in patio was delightful for morning coffee and evening gatherings. The location is perfect for visiting all of the local theme parks. I would definately use this place again on my next visit to Orlando.

Very nice home!

The house was very big with lots of room for everyone. It was clean and well kept in a quiet neighborhood. The location was convenient to Disney, shopping, and restaurants. The owner got back to me with any issues I encountered. I would recommend this home if you have a large group!

Awesome Disney Vacation

This house is amazing, we stayed here for a week February 18-25/23 and the pictures actually don’t do the place justice. We had our 3 girls fly down for a few days mid week and the location to Disney is perfect. The house and pool are also perfect and the extra safety from a securely gated community makes this house a definite do again. Also, Brandon is amazing to communicate with. Could NOT have been better.

Great Location

Formosa Gardens is a well maintained estate in a great location. If you take the Sherberth Road shortcut you can be at Animal Kingdom in less than 10 mins. The villa is larger than average ( we've stayed at around 20 villas over the last 35 years) and has an excellent layout for larger groups. There were a couple of very minor issues once we'd checked in but communication with the owner was excellent and both were resolved within 24 hours. The pool area was very spacious with plenty of sunbeds and seating. We would highly recommend this villa.

Why they chose this property

Who doesn't love a space of your own to relax after a long day at the Parks!? This home is so wonderful, we fell in love with it the moment we saw it. Its private, quiet, comfortable - no one will bother you at your own private pool! Centrally located to some of the best food in the area, you won't go hungry! ;) And don't worry- if you're not a theme park person, we're only about a 40 minute drive from some of Clermont's most beautiful parks, including disc golfing!
