CHADUM BY THE SEA CONDO GROUP PROVIDES AN UNUSUAL COMBINATION OF BEACH AND BAY views
1-4-week rentals minimum with ocean/beach front spacious 3-bedroom 2 bath condo home, with endless ocean views wrapping around the corner of the condo, providing water views in all three bedrooms as well as Living and dining and Kitchen areas. Plus, the heated pool is located on the side of the building so that sun is available throughout the day and not blocked by the sunset, and full Tennis courts as well.
All bedrooms have their own TV, and the Living area has a 65" to watch TV in a theater like cozy area.
Private oceanfront patio gives you your sunrise and patio view in back gives you sunsets over the bay. This gated complex is located on the no drive southern private section of New Smyrna Beach within WALKING distance to JB's Fish Camp restaurant and boat rental store as well as great dock fishing... Also, many restaurants and grocery stores AND public parks within a few miles. Two within a few blocks
We are only allowed one rental a month by the condo association. So if you take the month rental we can give you up to 30 % price discount from the weekly and also adjust other longer than a weeks rental so please give us 24 hours to ok your requests so we can best serve you.
