Regarding the trees at the front gate, the property is currently being updated and two new trees are scheduled to be planted in the front. The existing trees were intentionally dried out prior to removal so they can be taken out safely without damaging the surrounding concrete, gate structure, or landscaping. Landscaping improvements are also ongoing as part of these updates. As for the fireplaces, we’d like to clarify that the firepit in the master bedroom and the firepit in the pool room are both fully operational. The fireplace in the living room was intentionally disabled for guest safety and property protection after prior misuse. This decision was made specifically to prevent hazards and ensure a safe experience for all guests. Concerning the side patio door, it is a French-style door system. To lock it, the handle must be lifted upward, which engages the locking mechanism along the frame. We’ll be sure this is explained more clearly for future guests. Regarding the street noise, this is the first time we’ve received this feedback. The property is located in a cove and is typically very quiet, though we understand that individual experiences can vary depending on timing and conditions.
