About this property

Summary:
Welcome to this Pleasant Morro Bay home. You'll notice all the bright colors this home has to offer which makes it special and unique. With the kitchen and living room being so close together, it is very open providing space for guests without feeling too cramped. The living room area is decorated with coastal decor. Living room includes a large TV with DirectTV cable, plenty of seating and lights, a comfortable sofa with a massage option, and a cool arcade game for the kiddos (or adults!) The arcade runs on quarters which we do not provide.

The Space:
Two bedrooms with queen size beds have large mirrors which is perfect for helping get ready for the day of fun activities in the area! The Murphy bed is located in the living room and has a suggested max weight of 150 lbs. which should be comfortable for a child or a person of that weight range.
Off the back master bedroom features the laundry room which is available for use during your stay, and it also has a private toilet.
In the hallway between both bedrooms is the bathroom with tub/shower combo which means comfort for everyone!
Front yard area has seating and a BBQ which you may use during your stay if you'd like as well!
Not only does this home have central heat, it also has central air conditioning which is very UNCOMMON in Morro Bay. During random heat waves, this comes in very handy as most homes do not have air conditioning which is a A HUGE plus.

Great Relaxing Time in Morro Bay

A friend and I really enjoyed staying in Morro Bay. The house was so comfortable and relaxing, with a nicely equipped kitchen for cooking, good wifi and a large TV to unwind and watch some movies. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. If you walk just a couple blocks up towards the nearby hill, there's a nice view back towards the neighborhood. We also drove a couple miles up to the Morro Bay Dog Beach. Had a great getaway and hope to have the chance to stay again!

A perfect place for a local wedding.

We loved the property. We wish we could have stayed longer. The kitchen seemed well stocked and we did not even have time to use it. Having 2 bathrooms was a plus with our group.

Great stay in Morro Bay

Lovely property and the kids loved all the available media as well as the video game table, top Consol. The kitchen and everything I needed anymore and it was great to have laundry available. The property is located walking distance to a great park and a quick drive to the beach

Relaxing

House was great and host was fantastic. Plenty of pots and pans but no cookie sheet. Beds are comfy and having the AC option came in handy on one day. Front court yard with grill gave you a ton of space to sit and relax. We will be coming back.

Went for Cal Poly graduation

It was a cute stay, older house but exactly what they said. Every pot or pan is available for cooking there is plenty of silverware and utensils for any need. Outside is very comfortable for outdoor grilling.
