The property was spacious and well equipped. The view from the balcony was great. There was plenty of parking in front of or across the street from the building.

Elevator trouble

The room was okay. The trouble was there are only two elevators in the building, we were on the 11th floor, we were NOT told ahead of time that one elevator was, and had been, broke down for months, we would not have booked this place if we would have known that, d/t physical issues and always the chance of the other elevator breaking down, and of course, the other elevator broke down, for almost two days, leaving us to have to use the stairs to the 11th floor or stay in the room, The lady that sits at the desk in front of the elevator was not nice at all about it. One staff member that was there in the evening was very friendly, said they should have told people before they booked rooms about the first broke down elevator. That was our main issue.

As soon as we were aware that the elevator repair became a new elevator being installed we put a disclaimer on our website. Unfortunately we were not aware of this development prior to your arrival.
