Great vacation home in great location
Great home with an extremely well equipped kitchen. In a great location in the historical district. Lovely back porch with hot tub. Large dining and hangout location for a large group. We would definitely rent again.
This house is nicely updated and with 4 master suites it’s a great place for multiple families to stay. It’s walking distance to shops, slides, lifts, hiking, restaurants… We had a great time!
We had a great stay during Sundance! It was freezing and the pipes froze, so we were out of hot water, but the property management was very diligent in getting it fixed. Will be coming back!

Excellent Stay!
This house is really well designed for a group of 6-7 adults. We rented during the fall season. The house had a lot of basic necessities including a full pantry full of spices and food essentials. They provided many trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, soap, paper towels, etc. Many things that other rentals skimp on. The place was really clean and orderly, with high end furniture and bedding. Hot tub was good, a bit old but worked well. The communication with host was excellent - leading up to the rental date and even during. Super responsive. Would love to go back in the winter.

Great Location
Great location and walking to to Main Street, tons of restaurants, shops and ski lift. 10 Minute drive to Deer Valley and the St. Regis which was great for lunch, dinner, the fire garden and gondola ride to the top was awesome. The host was accommodating and helpful! Didn't realize how often we would love using the hot tub! Plenty of space for large party of adults.
So convenient to town lift, easiest skiing experience of our lives! House is beautiful inside, 3 levels with 2 beds in the basement, one one main floor, and 3 upstairs. Management always responded within minutes. Hot tub for 8, great relaxation after long day. Highly recommend!
The property is very nice…loved the location, several minutes to downtown and the bus stop right in front of the property…
A big plus to be able to walk downtown and take the bus to the mountain…the furnishings were very nice…as are the bedrooms/bathrooms..only issue parking for one car only, you can not park on the street without residence parking pass…

The property was exquisite. The house appeared to be recently remodeled. All of the bedrooms with king/queen beds had their own bathroom. The main floor included a large kitchen and open air space. For skiers, there were lockers and benches in the front hall, along with ski storage on the front porch. . The grill and hot tub were wonderful. The location was phenomenal if you want both quick access to the Park City Mountain Resort area and to the town itself. We had an unforgettable trip

Outstanding location and great living space
The location is perfect for skiers. The bus stop, across the street, takes skiers to/from the Mountain/Resort Center. Additionally, the house is only 3 blocks from the Town Lift and the beautiful, fun, downtown Park City. The house has a bathroom for every bedroom and the living space is amazing. The kitchen is well equipped and large. The kitchen table can comfortably seat 12 . And, the hot tub was a popular spot after long days of skiing. Finally, the house has lockers, benches and outdoor racks to safely store ski equipment. This place is amazing!

The location here is hard to beat. We were right in the Park City down, which is very cute. Easy shuttle or walk to the lifts. This made it convenient for the skiers in our group, as well as the non-skiers. The house is a bit small with this number of bedrooms. The hot tub is great. THey didn't give us nearly enough towels, but it didn't take the management company too long to fix that. For the price point, we were expecting some things to be in better shape at the house. Also, bring your own speakers for music and maybe even the TV, the built in ones don't work.

It was a very smooth and effortless stay, we all felt very at home and comfortable. The house was spacious and clean and absolutely gorgeous. The beds were very comfortable. It provided us with everything we needed. It was walking distance to Main Street and the ski resort, close to all of the restaurants and bars and coffee shops and yet far enough away to not be bothered by too much foot traffic. I would definitely come back if I’m booking my family (the park is across the street!) or another group of 6 or more! I may only suggest a little brighter lighting in the bathrooms and a full length mirror in every bedroom on a closet door..with a group of girls it would be a nice little upgrade for future guests! Outside of that, absolutely fabulous experience!!! Thank you!

Great
garbage cans were overflowing when we checked in and there was no recycle bin at all outside.
Downstairs tub in bedroom drained very slowly.
Fan in upstairs bedroom beside hall bath not working.
Dry erase marker missing for parking pass
Overall we enjoyed our stay and appreciated you dropping off some garbage bags and a kitchen towel.
Nice house; location good for adults but not so good for small children that need to get to slope. One parking spot. Must get permit to park on street even then minimal. Sparsely furnished with simple items like dish rags and dish towels, pot scratchers (we used crushed aluminum foil). Cleaners had not changed the sheets on two beds but the management was responsive and sent someone over to redo and to deliver a parking pass. We had to call twice to get our deposit back but today it came after a call three weeks later. The house is nice just needs new pots and skillets unless you like Teflon pieces in you eggs. For $17,000 they need to replace and furnish based on the quality of the house.

Great house and location
The house and location were great. There are some things that could make the house even better. The early morning and late afternoon sun (summer) shined brightly in the house, and the house could use window coverings (shades or blinds) to decrease the harshness of the sun. Also, the house has almost exclusively breakable glassware and plates, which are not ideal for families with children visiting the house.
House was very nice and clean besides some spider webs in a few corners. Decor was really nice and amenities were updated. Everything was as listed except the bunk room has twin bunks and not queen bunks. Overall I would definitely stay here again! Also the location was PERFECT for skiing and snowboarding at Park City Mountain.
