Deer Valley Portico Place 12 townhome is just a mile from the Snow Park Lodge, where you can enjoy restaurants, shopping and of course, easy mountain access, making it the perfect home base for your next getaway, no matter the season. Historic Main Street is also a short walk or ride away, offering even more dining and entertainment options. The bus stop for the free transit is just a 3-5 minute walk so you can easily get throughout the area, including Kimball Junction and The Canyons Resort.

This townhome offers three levels over 1,757 square feet. With three bedrooms and three full bathrooms all to accommodate up to 11 guests in complete comfort.

From the communal garage, you will take the stairs or elevator up one level to access the property. Entering this property through the front door and ascend a few steps, puts you in the main living area featuring the living room, kitchen and dining areas — this space boasts hardwood floors, a vaulted ceiling and a plethora of large windows for an open and airy feel.

Living Room: The living room has comfortable and contemporary mountain furnishings a 55” Smart TV, and a cozy gas fireplace encased in river-rock.

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen space offers black stainless appliances, beautiful stone counters, and the laundry closet.

Dining Room: Seating for six guests in plush leather chairs. This area also has access to the patio where you'll find the private hot tub, patio furnishings and a BBQ grill.

This was an awesome stay. The location is perfect for walking to town or catching the shuttle to both ski resorts. Everyone in our group said they would book this again! The staff was also so responsive when we had any questions. Nice to have covered parking too!

The home was ideally suited walking distance to town but nice and quiet area. I especially loved the bedding as I am a picky sleeper. Furnishings and home are perfect mountain vibe. You will love your stay here

Great unit, good location

Very nice, clean unit with a good location. Only a few minutes drive down to the Park City base area, but off the main road so it's nice and quiet. The parking garage under the building was a very nice feature -- very secure and kept our car nice and dry during snow. Elevator made it very easy to get our bags and everything from the garage up to the unit.The inside of the unit was very well-appointed and beds and all were very comfortable. Master bath was a bit tight, but nothing too bad. Fireplace was very warm and the living space we very roomy and well set up for our family of 4.Only real "complaint" would be that the listing makes the small yard with hot tub appear to be quite private, and in reality it is not. It's right by the front door and adjacent to a sidewalk leading to several other units, plus a couple other units have windows looking right out onto it. It's not a high traffic area or anything, so it wasn't a big deal, but it's very exposed compared to what the pictures look like.Overall we really enjoyed the stay and would definitely return.
