This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa and a dining table for two.

The fully equipped kitchen has all the essentials for preparing delicious meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, dishwasher, toaster, and a coffee machine. The apartment also offers a washer and ironing equipment for your convenience.

The bedroom has a double bed (140x200) with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including towels, a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries.

You will have access to Wi-Fi during your stay.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The 3rd Arrondissement of Paris is also known as the "Arrondissement du Temple". The oldest buildings date from the 18th century. This district also finds the famous Marais, a superb area. The Marais is a clever mix of past and modernity. It is a trendy and historical district that recalls the Parisian past and whose streets are appreciated for their beauty and charm. During the night or even the day, you can find a lot of bars/terraces and tasty restaurants!

This district has many museums, such as the Picasso Museum, Carnavalet Museum, Arts and Crafts Museum, Hunting and Nature Museum, and the Museum of History and Art of Judaism.
In the heart of the 3rd, there are also beautiful, quiet, and pleasant gardens to enjoy a French pastry, the Anne Frank Garden as well as the Garden of the National Archives, but also the Square Georges Caïn and the Square Saint-Gilles-du-Grand-Veneur.

It is an ideal neighbourhood for shopping, with many young fashion designers.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Filles du Calvaire, is just a 6-minute walk.

Paris-Orly Airport is approximately a 50-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 might incur a € 20 surcharge. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
