Enjoy the newly added sandy beach, beautifully engineered along 5 neighboring properties, great fishing, crabbing or paddle -boarding off your private pier or just relax on the screened porch with a good book while you listen to the waves lapping the sandy shoreline. Free Boat launch is less than a half mile away.
