We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the views, sunrises, & full moons during your stay! We’re sorry to hear that other aspects of your experience did not meet your expectations. We do want to respectfully clarify the listing is accurate: the pool is indeed heated, our home accommodates 6 people, & the couch is much larger than only fitting 2 people. Regarding the living area, prior to your arrival you had expressed concern that the existing couch appeared uncomfortable based on the listing photos. In response, we purchased / installed a brand new couch specifically to address your concern, & it is sized to comfortably seat more than two people. In terms of occupancy, the home is configured to accommodate six guests as noted, with one king bed & two queen beds, allowing for two guests per bed. Our comprehensive house guide includes detailed instructions on how to operate the pool heater & the weekly pool guy that visited also noted the heater was on. During your stay, the area experienced historic, record-breaking cold temperatures for Florida, which unfortunately impacted the heater’s ability to maintain typical warmth levels—something that is beyond normal operating conditions. As for the pool entry, the ladder is designed to rotate intentionally so guests can adjust the handle direction for easier/safer access in & out of the pool. We’re genuinely sorry that the stay felt uncomfortable for you, as we worked very hard throughout your visit to accommodate your requests.
